I have been misled and my problems totally ignored by this company. Medicare should look into their business practices. My advice to other seniors would be " BUYER BEWARE"
Be very careful if you plan on buying Signia hearing aids...research their policies. I purchased their Silk 1fx model in late 2018 at a cost of $2600.00. The left one quit working about 2 1/2 years later and of course it was out of the 2 year warranty and cost $300.00 to send out for repair. Now in early 2024, the left one quit working again and I wanted to send in in for repair AGAIN but guess what? They apparently have quit repairing this model as it has been discontinued! How's that for 'customer service'?! So I'm relegated to purchasing a new set of hearing aids and you can be sure it won't be theirs. Nice job, Signia!!
Rechargeable hearing aids only last 6 hours a day do not buyrechargablea real rip off
Signa is crap. I have had to repair my left Styletto Connect hearing aid 3 times. Now the warranty is over its going to cost me 320 dollars to repair. Do Not By These. They're crap. Originally I paid out of pocket over $1000 to get these and that was above and beyound my insurance coverage. I hate these things and wish someone would sue them.
I paid 7000.00 for the Signia Stiletto and they are junk. Out of 3 years they have replaced them 3 times and have been sent back as i type this for the fourth time. Out of 3 years I have maybe worn them 6 moths because they are always broke. Precision Hearing also does not give you loaners so your back to hard of hearing. Please read and do your research on Signia before buying, you will be very let down! Save your money, do your research and purchased another brand of hearing aid. I called Signia directly and was told so sorry, we can't help you!
I had mine 2 years; they are biggest piece of shit I've ever owned. I keep taking them back to be fixed, wait 2 or 3 weeks. Then they work for a week or 3. When you're traveling you can't get them fixed. I paid $6,000. Then I
bought some for $148 They work great. I'm taking them to Small Claims Court and picketing the store
I bought them from :). Now that it's warm out. They would tell me they were dirty; I clean them every day.
They would always try to put the blame on me, why they wouldn't work. They had them more then I had them. Why does my $148 ones I bought work with on problems????

My custom in the ear Signia set up to receive a cross transmitter from the other ear, went out after just over 60 days. I brought it to the audiologist and is being sent in for service, as I have a warranty until 2025. Hopefully it will be back within a week and no other issues.
The Product was perfect once fitted properly, service has been a big problem for me. Dispensaries fold up and leave no contact information, no phone number etc. My product is still under warrantee even though it quit working about a year ago. No one seems to be able to help me, so I have reached out to corporate headquarters for assistance, as a last resort, we will see where it goes from here. I am a Retired Firefighter and a musician; my hearing is very important. I invested $3,000 to hear. Smkey1
I just got my new signia hearing aids today and I love them. They are so easy to use. I can hear with no echo sound and while outside there was no wind noise . Just so comfortable that I don't even feel them in my ears. I thought i would have to get used to them being in my ears but they feel great
I had the old Sieman's battery-type hearing aids and had fewer problems than I'm having with the new rechargeable. I sometimes lose hearing in one ear with blue tooth listening to music or on a phone call. I have to restart the phone to clear the problem. I've also had (on occasion) where I lose the hearing aids altogether! The battery life showing 68% still available? To fix the problem, I have had to put the hearing aids in the charging station as there is no other way to reboot the hearing aids? This is a major problem when I'm traveling in my car or out shopping or visiting somewhere. Else, the quality is good and the feature that permits directional hearing is a good feature.
Ap defective does not save names for tinnitus programs. It complains about the volume level. The thousands spent on this product gets a 0. Will be returning it.
My experience with the Styletto X, 3X, and AX is that the claim to 19 hours between charges is not true. I’m lucky to get 12 hours and I don’t stream music to them. I don’t stream anything, yet that is the first question I am asked when I ask why these things have such a poor daily life span. I’m disappointed with them although, the AX model is less of a mere amplifier. I can’t recommend these. I’m fortunate to have a trial period with a money back guarantee. I have tried 3 models with the same poor results.
I have had my Signia hearing aids for about a year now and have had no problems at all. The blue tooth to the Television is excellent. The audio quality is excellent and much better than my previous hearing aids. The only thing that my old hearing aids did better was loud noise attenuation. The Signia aids tend to amplify loud sounds and I have to shut them off in certain situations.
HAVE TWO HEARING AIDS.. FIRST THEY DO TOTALLY NOTHING IF YOU PUT THE BATTERIES
IN POSITIVE TO POSITIVE THEY DO NOT WORK AT ALL. PUT + TO NEGATIVE T;HEY HALF
WORK ON ONE EAR... NOTTHING BUT CRAP
I got my Signia pure charge -go 7nx aids in May 2018 from the VA in San Diego. They have been wonderful so far, working as advertised! They are so comfortable I forget I have them on and go to bed with them on! Twice I have gone completely under water in the bath tub before realizing I forgot to remove them. Both times I dried them with a towel and put them on the charger over night and they worked fine the next day! The battery failed in one aid after around 14 Months. Both were sent in to Signia for new batteries I got the units back in about Two weeks from the VA. I recharge every night the charge lasts 20-22 hrs. I love the free Iphone app to control aids . They are a bit pricey but... Read More
yesterday I picked up a pair of you hearing aids at Kentucky Bluegrass they won't work with me tell me what I can do they are telling Anthem paid 3000.00 for them Please help with these I am a 73 old white female who is in need for these
The biggest piece of crap on the market!!! No support!!! Doesn't work half the time. Very poor quality.
I've had to take my hearing aids to my center many times and have paid over$775 for repair/replacement in two years in addition to the original cost. I would like to have the specific warranty information since my hearing aid warranty expires 2020.
Have had many many many problems starting from day one with nothing solved.
I bought Right and Left hearing aids about 4 years ago from Siemens which only few months worked properly and I was a bit comfortable to hear voices and when I used both at the same ( invisible ones) then I cannot hear properly .
They were expensive and I hardly use them.
I over paid for the signia pure hearing aids not knowing the cost for starters witch was the worst investment I have ever made, the hearing aids spent more time getting repaired than in my ears. I spent two weeks of my vacation unable to hear, They had to send me two new ones, unrepairable, not three weeks later the left one stop working, sent me a new one the one I sent back was unrepairable. Now they want me buy insurance for $200.00 for each hearing aid. I am afraid to wear them. I for sure would not recommend these hearing aids to anyone. Walmart sells better hearing aids for $500.00
I have a Signia Pure 312 Nx. Battery life is 3/4 days which is disappointing and worse the device seems to loose power gradually so that I notice that I am not hearing as well as I should a day before the low battery indicator alerts me. The hearing aid stopped working in less than a year, thought I had a year warranty but there's not documentation of that All in all, I am going to pick another brand this time. I'd not recommend this one
I'm a month into wearing the Signia Styletto, and the propblems seem to outweigh the benifits. The connectivity seldom works longer than 10-15 minutes after pairing, or more frequently repairing. When the pairing goes out, non adjustmentfeatures are funtional. the units have been sebt back once for this, but I'm concerned what will happen after the trial runs out. I have worn Phonac Auedo in the past, without this situation. I do like the voice recognition better then the phonac, but not sure if it is worth having to repair the unit to work properly numerous times a day.
I just returned the Signia Pure Charge&Go 7NX. I have no hearing in one ear so that ear was served by a matching Signia CROS transmitter. The first week was terrific - For the first time. I was able to hear conversations in a noisy environment and overall rated the hearing aid very highly. After the first week the settings appeared to change and I was no longer able to understand voices in the same noisy environment. I returned to my audiologist and all he did was increase volume which made them uncomfortable and did not return the hearing aid to its original settings. At this point wind noise and feedback when close to a wall (like inside a car or a bathroom) became... Read More
Signia Hearing Aids review SIEMENS/SIGNIA IN-THE-CANAL HEARING AIDS (Insio 7bx IIC): Approx. 3 yrs ago, I purchased Siemens/Signia's top-of-the-line hearing aids (Insio 7 bx IIC) from a manufacturer authorized audiologist. Had nothing but trouble with the aids ever since! At first they seemed to clog too easily, especially since I never had, or continue to have, any type of wax problem with my ears. Nonetheless, I even became much more diligent in cleaning the Signia aids. Yet, they still had to be sent back to the manufacturer far to many times for adjustment and repairs. Still didn't help---problems continued: the sound would start to fade in and out or they would die completely! In... Read More
