NewEar BTE may not be the best hearing amplifier in the market but it does a good job for a device in its price range. However, it might not be ideal for noisy environments. Good points also include a longer battery life which lasts for up to 40 hours when fully charged. A good entry-level hearing amplifier for its price.

I Bought a pair of newear h repaired under factory warrente I run into a road block I bought these with a Wall Mart warrent e and they tell me I am covered after the 1year factory warrente expires and have looked many places but can not find the 1year warrente factory warrente

I purchased the Pocket Sound unit that specifically states stereo headphones come with the unit. It came with a single earbud, not stereo as advertised.

How, in this day, can a product be offered without any warranty? I find that hard to believe! I have made the mistake of ordering a set of these amplifiers from Amazon and they will be delivered tomorrow. I plan on returning them immediately, why should I pay for something that the manufacturer has no faith in?
