My husband received your hearing aids last year. He has had to contact Hear.com several times to help with static or other problems he has had with his purchase. The first Audiologist was excellent and told us if he had a lot of problems they would send him new hearing aids. The second Audiologist said no and really didn't know how to work the hearing aids to up..grade them. When my husband said they were not sitting right in the charge case she said someone would call.(never happened) Now there is a problem with our next visit because of a miss communication on his part. He will be waiting 3 weeks for a new appointment. It says in the information on line that they will send you to an... Read More
Are these covered by Humana Insurance?
I had a pair they paid for years, and I lost one and the other does not work good anymore.

If you like classical music, don't waste your money. Signia hearing aids turn a piano note into a clang between A4 and G5, that's between 500 and 600 Hz, destroying piano music, and a lot else.
If you are into classical music don't waste your money. The hearing aid sound reproduction is defective between 400 and 600 Hz, A4 to D5 on a piano. Piano music is ruined.
I listen to classical music and my Signia hearing aid caused problems especially for piano music. I eventually found it squashes tones between 400 to 600 Hz. Don't waste your money if you're into classical music.
The worst customer service ever. I never got a receipt for my hearing aids. I paid $4100 in full for my hearing aids and when I tried to return them I was turned away from my scheduled appointment and now I have no time left for the 45 day free trial. My hearing aids are NOT rechargeable they have regular watch type batteries that you have to replace every 4-5 days and they are NOT compatible with any iPhone or any APP. The sound quality is like a tin can and I have no way to get any service because no one will call me back. I don't want these hearing aids and when I told them that they just tried to upsell me a more expensive pair. I don't want to give them any stars but I'm sure I have... Read More
My husbands Unitron hearing aids have worked little...one never works... I would like the company to help...We paid almost $5,000.00. If these don't work maybe a different kind would work better. Can anyone help ??
Number one hearing service just by what I read. Great features a specially Bluetooth & Internet connectivity.
I had a feeling that I was hearing higher frequencies less clear and contacted Hear.com. They got back to me right away and I signed on to a 45 day test period. They organized an appointment with a certified hearing specialist where I was tested and they recommended Widex hearing aids which immediately improved my hearing. The handling of these brilliant rechargeable hearing aids is easy and provides the possibility of adjusting them to different settings on your smartphone, I.e. for television, phone, restaurant and other environments. After the 45days test phase I bought them because I noticed the amazing improvement especially when watching movies or listening to music or being in a... Read More
They sell junk and don't back their products. Received a phone call yesterday from Hear.com asking how my hearing aids were working. I told the rep they don't work and haven't in a long time. Then I have received this email: (Hi David, It was great talking to you today. Based on everything you’ve told me, I believe you could benefit greatly from the latest in hearing technology, and I want to help. Hearing aids usually last 3 to 5 years before they start losing effectiveness. If you’ve noticed a decline in your hearing aids, it may be time for an upgrade.) When I bought my hearing aids I was never told they only last 3 to 5 years in fact was told they should last a long... Read More
I received a call from a very delightful lady named Terri Gilbertz. She was great, I agreed to purchase the hearing aids on the monthly plan. The folks that do the testing came out to my home and did the test. Super awesome and easy. I was so impressed. The tester said she would email me a copy of the contract and my test results. After that every thing started going down hill. She did not send me the results until 2 weeks later but no copy of the agreement. My billing was to start on the 15th of the month. I was given that option by Terri. Two weeks after on the 1st of the month i was charged on my bank account, the next day I was charged again. I call Terri and she responded... Read More
The woman who provides the Hearing Test in The Rocky Mount, N.C. Office. 1356 Benvenue Plaza 27801 Down East Hearing Care Associates. Should not have that Position! I was told I'd receive my hearing test regardless the fact I was late due to unavoidable circumstances. They're was only one person in there!!! My hearing consultant knew the struggle I experienced to get there and find the place. This woman was very Rude telling me she was so booked up she could give me a test at the end of the day if I wanted to wait!!! I was very cordial to her. I also could tell she was lying. Just lazy! Very sad. I had planned to purchase the $6,000. X2 coffee bean style hearing aids!... Read More
Charged my elderly mother $75 to return her hearing aids during the "absolutely risk free" offer. Aids hurt her ears, didn't help and they couldn't make app work.
I had no idea how much I was missing. The loss was so gradual that the sounds in life that makes us all feel alive had slipped away. It is amazing to regain the sounds that make you feel alive and attached again.

I was referred to a very good audiologist in my area and received a top brand of aids for less than half price of one of the top companies in the nation. I have had them for about 8 months and am enjoying them while receiving excellent care when I returned for adjustments.
Awesome and professional, all hearing tests were conducted in a booth, not like it’s competitors tests that were conducted in an open air office.
My experience with you has been horrible. In 2018 you referred me to a local audiologist for a hearing test and hearing aid fitting. The technician was not able to effectively fit and adjust the Siemens hearing aids. That's when the real problem started. I called your 800 number to request another audiologist. After 7 phone calls to you, I still do not have a name of another company to get these $4K hearing aids working properly. You tout customer service especially for veterans. You are a joke!!!
