I bought hearing aids from Hear Better Co. on May 12th of this year. The plastic stem on the left side hearing aid came loose from the base 2 weeks ago and it is unusable. The left side is my worst ear. The right side hearing aid is to loud even on the lowest setting. I have sent several emails to the support department and left phone messages. I haven't had a return message or call.

Great place to buy your hearing aids. Dr. Paul chats anytime I have a question. Have been a satisfied customer for a few years now. Signia and Siemens line are great.

I ordered a hearing aid for my husband and we did not get the item we paid for. After finally getting someone to reply to my numerous calls and emails, they gave us an apology and send us another hearing aid. However, what we received was the same hearing aid that we had questioned before. The box says that we got the right model, but on examination of the hearing aid, it is not the same product as advertised. We again have been sending emails and making phone calls; but after more than a week there has been no response from these people. We have to do something else!
