Ordered my hearing aids on a Firday. I got an email with a helpful video and then they arrived Wednesday. I charged them overnight, put them in Thursday and they worked perfectly right out of the box. So lightweight I don't even know they are there. When I visited my Dr. I told him I had gotten hearing aids. He asked what brand and was I pleased? He was happy because he said he had been recommending Audicus.
The Wave units I purchased are working just great. So is the TV sound adaptor. I can now participate in daily life without saying what, what, what????
Amazing! Such a customer service! They are so helpful, attentive and knowledgeable! I love that You can communicate with them via text messages which makes it easier when having hearing disability. Besides that they are super responsive! You can trust them to help You meet all Your needs You can be sure of that!
I returned my hearing aid .Thy received it on the 14th of dec and now i have to wait till Jan 22 to get my money back and i;m sure they will be adding all sorts of fees i;m told . Not a very good company to deal with . Sorry i contacted them

I was very disappointed with my dealings with Audicus. The promises of 100% refundable was fraudulent. I was charged for shipping and had to pay for my own return. Being from Canada, the cost of the return was not cheap. Also the amount of time it took to get my refund was unacceptable.
I was wearing my original 7 year old hearing aids when I found Audicus. I bought the Wave hearing aids. They were awesome and half the price of my originals. They have great user support , a 45 day trial, and a two year warranty.

I have previously owned Audicus hearing aids. I originally switched from a $7k plus pair to Audicus hearing aids. The previous Audicus pair (Clara) was good but the Omni has been a real eye or “ear” opener. The things I have enjoyed: 1. Extra clarity the sound is noticeably clearer than my previous hearing aid 2. The direct Bluetooth connection between my cell phone and my Omni hearing aids The extra clarity that the Omni provides allows me to hear more in crowded locations as well as while on a phone or in a Zoom call. I can even hear my granddaughter playing a violin. I love the app for my cell phone; now I have no need to carry an extra device for Blue tooth connection to my... Read More

Had trouble from the start. The volume control was very hard to set where I needed it and then it would not stay set. I had to reset every time I put them on. I could not wear them in my truck because of how road noise simply drowned out the radio or talking on my cellphone. I would not watch a TV show with music playing in the background because it drowned out the speaking parts. I asked for authorization to return them within the warranty time and never heard back from them.
I have been wearing Audicus Clara for 2 years now and I can't say enough positive things about them. Customer service is great and they went the extra mile, free of charge, to modify for my needs. I wore the VERY expensive Miracle Ear for close to 10 years and they just got to the point they were so out-priced I couldn't afford, pushing 8-10k for a pair, and would need upgrades about every 2 years and to fix old ones they no longer had parts so were forced to upgrade. I hear better out of my Audicus Clara than I ever heard from all the years of wearing my Miracle Ear. Will stay w/ Aucicus forever. Would give a 10+ rating if I could.
I love my new hearing aids. I wasn't excited about the fact that I had to get hearing aids, but the process of getting them was so easy, Alexandra made it simple, I didn't have to go in for an appointment, I received them in 2 days. They follow-up with you to make sure everything is working and that you are satisfied with them. Customer service is amazing! I'm so glad that I went with Audicus, I saved a lot of money and had great service! Thank you!
Customer sale staff is excellent. Just worked with Alexandra on the trial of the Omni device for my 92 year old mother. She was fantastic to work with. Answered all my questions and and assured me of a quality product with top notch customer service. Very excited for my mom the try these state of the art hearing aids.

I received my Audicus Wave hearing aids two days ago and they are fantastic! I’ve been wearing hearing aids for six years and the Waves sound like I regained my natural hearing, not like manufactured sound as my previous aids did. Alexandra did a great job answering my questions and concerns about buying hearing aids online. Set up of my new aids was simple and quick, but if you need help, the Audicus team contacts you to make sure you’re all set and you will have a representative assigned to you for as long as you own your aids. I couldn’t be more pleased with these aids and the support from Audicus. Don’t suffer in silence. Contact them, you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been using Audicus hearing aides for a year. Everything you read in this article is true. They are reputable and their hearing aides work well. The monthly “lease” is a real plus as all of your disposables are included. I use the top of the line model rechargeable Bluetooth version. They make talking on my iPhone stupid easy and I can hear every word. No complaints from me.

As a years-long Phonak user, the prospect of working with a remote hearing aid provider made me a bit (ok, very) nervous. I was shocked by the success of this endeavor for two reasons: 1) The Wave hearing aid, while reasonably priced, turned out to surprise me with the high quality of its fidelity, as well its bluetooth functionality (app, phone, media) was all that I hoped for. The Audicus Dia II was the second pair of hearing aids I used. I purchased the remote control to go along with them, which I have almost never used. I have used the aids for over a year and I recently noticed my hearing was getting worse. So, I had another hearing test locally. They said my hearing had not changed much at all. They tested the hearing aids and the hearing aids were not programmed for my specific hearing loss. They were not compensating for the tones that I needed them to compensate for, if that makes sense. This is my second pair, Clara. The first pair lasted 4 years only because someone stepped on one by mistake when I dropped it on the floor. Great quality for the price. My second pair seems even better then the first and I am very pleased with this pair. Customer service is awesome also.
I was led to believe that I would receive my order within 10-14 days . The tracking says it is in transit, but no location is given. I have contacted them and they tell me to be patient. Their response was at 3am meaning they were not in the US. I would advise caution.
Gianni was sooo great to work with! Even though I ended up returning to go to my local Audiologist, she was very understanding and continued to be a big help.
