I fully regret coming across this company's website as my phone has blown up over and over and over again since I filled out my information seeking advice on an AEP (insurance) plan. I uncovered their first lie (that I will SEE quotes) but their idea of "seeing" a quote is multiple phone calls. Can I give a zero? Was doing some research (I'm a licensed agent) and came on this site. Put in some demographics, but then was told to push confirm to receive a call. I quickly left the site.
I have received 17 phone calls in the past 45 minutes by the most unprofessional people imaginable.
Asked how to get off the list, was told to buy insurance. Most just hang up rudely. Awful, Chris Kelly. You should be embarrassed.
These people are AWFUL. They didn’t like the questions I was asking and told me to FUCK OFF and hung up on me. And I was being nice. I wasn’t yelling or raising my voice. Just asking questions.

Now that I see these reviews, I'm glad I dodged one of the bullets for entertaining them. The agent that called me was OUT OF LINE, attempted to curse me out and had the audacity to call me INSANE AND BROKE because I would not pay for the over priced insurance he quoted me. But I am being bombarded with calls back to back now.
Worst mistake ever! I accidentally gave them my information thinking it was for Obamacare and I have received 47 phone calls since yesterday as well as text messages!!! Can't get them to quit calling no matter how many times I ask to be taken off the list! Do not work with this company!
If I could give them a negative 666 I would, these people are evil. I enrolled on Friday and they charged me five times in one day. I am still trying to get them to remove the last charge and they still keep calling me to enroll. I had them hang up on me and then transfer me to another agent with ten minutes of each other. It never ends and my policy is not effective until tomorrow.
Because I was looking for best health insurance on the marketplace I signed up for best quotes online. HUGE MISTAKE!! This company has called me daily (sometimes as close as 3 minutes apart, and up to 50 times a day!!!) I answered just to get off their list. I have told 5 agents that and STILL getting calls. Today, was first time after calling a received a text from said number. Also, I blocked numbers but the last 4 digits changed. I have so many of their numbers blocked! It is a long list. I would NEVER do business with a company that DOES NOT listen when told to stop and remove me from list. Or that calls endlessly and never leaves a message!!
I submitted for a quote, they give fake quotes.

The first person had no idea what he was talking about, and I could literally hear another employee telling him word for word what to say to me. I said, "I don't want to be rude, but should I just talk with that person?" He kept talking over me, wouldn't let me get a word in. He transferred me to another person, and she did the same thing. Kept talking over me, and then refused to give me pricing. Then she proceeded to hang up on me. Never would I do business with this company.
BEWARE! After the 84th call in the first 24 hours (not counting text messages) I had to filter out all calls coming from my area code just to calm myself. Your phone will not stop ringing and they are all spoofed numbers so there is no way to stop them. A week later I finally changed my phone number because I'm still getting about 3 per hour. I have been getting phone calls from FirstQuoteHealth for nearly a week now. Every time they call the number is always a spoofed number. The person who is on the line is always the same person which is a recording that responses by your voice input, even the people she connects you to are not real. After you answer your phone say yes to the first two questions and then say nothing more and you will see what I am talking about. The system will go through about 20 attempts to get you to talk to another one of their recorded reps before finally saying it seems none of our reps are available to help you I will call you back another time. It is all just an attempt to get more of your info.
This is the worst company. There web site popped up on my search and I mistakenly gave my phone number. I have received over 40 calls in the last day. I have asked them to remove me from any lists and they have not responded. The phone calls keep coming. DO NOT give them your information! This is a nightmare. Horrible horrible company. No integrity. Appears all they are concerned is selling your phone number to as many people as possible. I hope the FCC puts them out of business. They are a disgrace!

This company is actually NextGen Leads. When you sign up on their website they take your information and then sell it to health insurance agencies to then reach out to you through constant, phone calls, texts, and emails. Multiple insurance reps said they bought my lead and they even felt sorry to be bothering me because they knew I'd been duped by FirstQuoteHealth.
FirstQuoteHealth keeps calling and texting me. I did NOT ask for a quote from ANY insurance company . I have insurance. They say they are calling somewhere named ROY. At the least , it is an unwelcome telemarketing company. At the worst , it is outright fraud.

They contacted me about an inquiry they said I made. I contacted them back through their website directly to try to find out about the inquiry since I never made one. They refused to provide any details.
Do you like receiving an absolute barrage of emails, phone calls and even text messages from insurance agents? If so be sure to request a quote with FirstQuoteHealth! I called after receiving over 15 phone calls in 2 days. They told me that I'd have to ask each individual caller to take me off their list. It was so overwhelming that I actually never even received a single quote.
DO NOT request a quote from them unless you want to be bombarded with calls and texts until your phone seems like a switchboard at a very busy place of business! When I asked repeatedly to not be contacted anymore (and yes I said I felt like I was being attacked by vultures) the "qualified professional" agent responded via text -which I saved so that I could report to NICB -she informed me that I shouldn't be so "dramatic at my age and that I was the one who put my information online! I was looking for information on Healthy Indiana Plan and was deceived by the website to call First Quote Health.
They were extremely rude. Every time I asked if they represented Healthy Indiana Plan, they said they cannot tell me anything until I was ready to get insurance and hung up on me.
To me, that is a very unethical way to act.
They do not deserve even one star but I am forced by the way this comments section is constructed to give them at least one star. This too is very tricky and dishonest.
