My gutters appear to have cost more than twice as much as other new houses in the neighborhood. 6k....When I ask Homecrafter why, they said they don't discuss other customer's incentives. 6k just for gutters. this did not include the gutter protection.
Shout out to Tyler Covington in the Chattanooga, TN office area. Tyler showed professionalism, patience, was transparent, and was very knowledgeable regarding the Home Craft product. He acquired a contract in less than 2 hours, currently my guards have been professionally installed. Jeremy is the overseer of Home Craft installers, he was very people-friendly and remained on task until the job was completed. For the next 40 years, I feel confident my gutters will ALWAYS weather the storms. Again thank you Tyler for your visit.
Very high quality of the product which was installed. I cannot recommend this product due to the service received from the Knoxville and Loganville offices. The Knoxville address posted on the website is an overgrown block of Fennell Road a cat would have difficulty navigating through. I must say that were prompt in getting the estimate for the work to be done. A "representative" of the company arrived in two days (June 24, 2023) and gave a reasonable estimate which was stated to be good for one year. My brother had gutter guards installed. Since he is in bad health I contacted the company to let them know that something was wrong as they were now leaking over the front porch. I included a video at their request. When their tech returned he stated that it was a roof issue. Water is not only leaking at the seam they were supposed to seal but also running over the gutter. I have contacted the company again and advised them the issue was not fixed and the issue only started after they installed the gutter guards. I researched numerous gutter guard companies with intent to compare pricing and product. Contacted Homecraft and was promptly scheduled. Craig evaluated and measured my gutter and gutter protection needs and spent the time to make sure all of our questions were addressed. I had another appointment and he willingly returned to finish the presentation. Most impressive he not only presented his product but demonstrated how it handled water from the kitchen facet and showing how some competitor products handled the same water flow. So far, I've had mine just about a month and im very happy with them. I have noticed my basement has stopped leaking water into it, which was my hope in getting new gutter protection and cleaning. I found customer service and the installer to be very good when i reached out, which is super important to me. I think if the price was a bit steep in the first estimate and i think if if were a bit lower, you'd have everything you'd want in this company.
I had one of the best encounters with this company earlier this week. Looked up Angi's List for a list of people to clean our gutters and Home Craft popped up. Meet with two knowledgeable sales associates, Hecter and Alexis. Could not have been more impressed with their presentation about their products and services! After a very comprehensive inspection of my home, description of their product and an enjoyable conversation, the wheels were all turning. They are problem solvers!! At the conclusion of our discussion, we decided to purchase a complete new gutter system. NO MORE LADDERS! Best part, they are coming today for the install. So far, a wonderful experience.
If you have a problem with installation (like we did), they won't fix it or get back with you. Several gutters were installed around our home. One was not installed correctly and is causing water to leak behind our siding and getting into our home through a window. We never had a problem before the gutter was installed. We called and emailed several times --- "not their problem". the leak is causing damage to the window and the floor inside. There were lots of promises before the money but after is another story. They DO NOT stand behind their work. We are working on legal remedy.
I called this company 4 times this morning, the first three girls hung up on me while looking for my zip code. The 4thtime I called I was told that if I did not want their awesome gutter guards then they would not sell and install the gutter work that I wanted.
The ladies were not very business like in handling the phone unless you wanted their awesome gutter guards installed along with the gutters.
Sorry I can not give them a descant rating because of my experience this morning.
I had new gutters and guards installed on a new construction home that was in a heavily wooded area. I decided that it was better to have the guards professionally installed with the gutters rather than install store bought DYI guards myself. I liked the raised mesh on the gutter guards that allow water and air to get under any debris that might be on top of the guard and also keeps the debris from staying stuck for extended periods. I also appreciate that they sent out an installer that can actually speak English. The whole process was quick and seamless from the first contact to the job completion. HomeCraft sent an inspector quickly who assessed the needs and discussed options with me. We agreed upon a satisfactory application and the job was done within days. Their crew finished the job in a half day and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Based on what I can see the problems I observed with my gutter guards before disappeared.
Everyone was fantastic. Brigitte in Customer Service was patient and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and did a great job. They removed my old gutters and installed my new gutters all in about 2 hours. They look so beautiful. I truly appreciate everyone that guided me through the process. I felt very comfortable with my purchase.

We were very impressed by the service we received from the first contact to the completion of the job. Three men did the job in half a day. There were a few places that needed to have wood replaced, and they did a beautiful job. The gutters and covers are high quality. The warranty cannot be beat.
Tried to get gutter guards installed on my house. Installed on a Saturday, March 4th, before noon. At 12:18pm, salesman calls to say they will not be out today. Set up for Monday between 10 and 11am. At 11:30 I have to call the salesman. Calls his boss. Talk to him, he says tried calling 3 times. Can't send anyone out if no one home. Been home. Cell works even though the bad weather we had(Kentucky). I get it. Weather was bad. Just don't lie to me. Salesmen and "boss" need to be on the same page. I could have waited a couple more days due to the weather. Had to wait 2 times for them to show, only to have different stories on why they could not make it. Beware.
Product Quality and Service are above and beyond. My wife and I attended a home-show in Jacksonville, FL and inquired about getting gutters installed at a home we had just recently purchased in Ponte Vedra, FL. Tommy Anderson came out to our home, and patiently explained our options and costs. He was patient with us through the process of HOA review, and when we were ready to move forward, the job was done in a day. We received follow-up messages from Chad who I believe may be a Manager, and then from Alexis from Customer Service just to insure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. I have only good things to say about this experience, and would highly recommend their company.
We have over sized gutters on our home ( 7" ) it was very hard to find a company to install gutter guards that would fit properly over our existing gutter system and we also have a steel roof. We have a great deal of trees and pine needles that fall on our roof and into the gutter system especially in the fall. Our gutters are very high and we have gotten to an age where we don't want to climb up on a ladder that high any more (69 years). Quick and thorough installation after clearing significant pine needle accumulation. 300+ feet. Very good realignment where necessary and resolved some overspill areas that had caused problems in the past. Quality materials.These guys were really, really good. Excellent follow up from Alexis at Customer Support.
This was a great company to work with. They came out and gave us a quote for our gutters the same day that we called. They also completed the work the very next day. Great prices, friendly and knowledgeable staff and great work.
My experience with HomeCraft has been excellent. We live 1 1/2 hours from the Charlotte office. January 30 Hector Morales drove to our house and presented a professional, detailed explanation and detailed estimate for only gutter guards installation. All questions were answered and we had no problem deciding they were our choice. We highly preferred their product to competitors. We preferred the metal frame and the wavy screen mesh. On January 31 Rolando showed up and completed the installation in 2 1/2 hours. He explained in detail what he would be doing and kept me apprised as he progressed. Love the finished product and sales experience was easy and did not pressure us in any way. The install was next day...unbelievable and just so well crafted. We could not have been happier with the experience from beginning to end.

We are glad we sought estimates from various gutter guard companies, giving us a range of options and prices. Home Craft rose to the top very quickly across multiple criteria from the material used to the ingenious design to the transferable warranty. The low-keyed, no-pressure salesman was very thorough, helpful and respectful of our needs. The installer was incredibly hard-working in below-freezing temps (we would have been happy to reschedule). And Sarah in customer service provided excellent follow-up to be sure we were satisfied. We're so impressed with the entire experience that we're surprised not to have known about this brand before our search. Very glad we found them.
John did a thorough job in explaining options and financing. The team that came to perform the job were very professional, timely arrival, and did excellent / quality work. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone considering getting gutters installed.
