These gutters are horrible! Replaced my copper gutters with these and they do nothing but allow waves of rain water to either flow over tops of gutter or to soak into the roof and eaves. We are now having to replace a large section of the eaves on one side of the house because of the the water damage. Called them out once to look at their gutters when it appeared they were full of debris, someone climbed up, looked in and said "nope, nothing in there". They had nothing else to offer! Had Gutter Guards installed in 2007. They do keep leafs, etc out of gutters however biggest problem I encountered is during winter season. When purchased, I was told you can expect occasional icicles on gutters in winter. This is an understatement, I have icicles hanging from my gutters any time there is snow during the winter. I've contacted them and spoke to a manager and his suggestions were 1) have an electrician install warming wires or 2) buy a roof shovel and clean off the roof... I'm not at all satisfied with his response. Sure I no longer have to clean the gutters in the fall but now I have to add the roof to the list of things I have to... Read More
