The Endeavor Metals Group website is a wealth of information that gives collectors and investors detailed information on a wide range of precious metal products. The company's catalog includes gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium, in bullion, bar, and coin form.

Endeavor operates an easy-to-use website that includes a searchable catalog. However, the company doesn't include pricing in its catalog. That makes it more than a little difficult to shop. You can call or message the company for pricing information. 

Endeavor assists customers interested in setting up a precious metals IRA by assigning them a custodian. Legally, you must have a custodian overseeing your precious metals IRA. Further, your assets must be stored in an IRS-approved facility. You can't, for example, store your bullion in a personal safe deposit box and still reap the benefits of IRA investing. You or your custodian may choose an approved storage facility. 

Endeavor can help you open an IRA in two ways. You can open a new account and start funding it by purchasing coins. Or you can rollover an existing IRA by converting its assets to precious metals. Once you roll over an existing account, you can continue to fund it by purchasing additional metals from Endeavor.

Endeavor publishes an FAQ section to help you understand the services it offers. They also publish a blog where you'll find general information on precious metals and collecting. The company does not offer real-time gold pricing or provide historical data that allows customers to see how the precious metals market has performed over time. These are tools investors often use to make purchase decisions and many competitive companies do feature on their websites. 

Endeavor receives an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. The company is not rated on Trustpilot at this time. The company's privacy policy states that it might use customer data to contact you about products you've shown interest in or products it believes you might be interested in. However, there is no indication that Endeavor will sell your data to other marketers. Unfortunately, some precious metal merchants do reserve the right to sell your data, even if you've never purchased anything from them. Endeavor distinguishes itself through its more respectful policy.
