Teleflora is a company that connects consumers with local florists in the United States and Canada. All Teleflora flower arrangements are artistically designed by a local florist, using available fresh and seasonal flowers.

Teleflora offers flowers for birthdays, funerals, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, new baby, get well, International Women’s Day, and other special events. Every arrangement is hand-made and personally delivered, and comes with a guarantee that flower arrangements are only made from the freshest flowers available.

As I see with others, they did not deliver at the requested date. I specifically requested a follow up call when I placed the order to ensure there were no issues, that never happened. Rather, when the delivery window was expired, they sent me a text with an "apology". I cancelled since it was time sensitive. Plus, this was promoted by American Express, so be cautious of who they promote as well. A complete disappointment since I could have chosen anyone to fulfill the order.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! There are 1409 reviews, 85% are one star. We ordered a floral from their website the day prior and paid $81 to have the flowers delivered the next day. We found out the flowers are being delivered from the same town we wanted them delivered to. It is now 5 PM and the flowers were not delivered. They said delivery is from 11AM to 7PM. This is bogus and wrong. Worst place to buy flowers from. When we called to express our disgust all we got was we can refund you. They should put on their webpage, We don't just sell flowers, we can refund as well as we don't deliver on time. We were told it would be delivered by 4:55 PM... Again it is now 5 PM and still no flowers.

Ordered from Teleflora and they said ordered would be delivered on Feb 14th. At 6pm still had not seen a delivery so contacted customer service. They said it had been delivered. I asked do they have proof of delivery and they said no. So asked for a refund of my money since I never received my order. They refunded me 30% of total cost as a credit account. Said that was the most they could do for me. With such horrible service what good does a 30% account credit give me since I will never use them again. Needless to say contacted my CC company and disputed the charges. Will see how this all pans out in the end.

My sister-in-law just had a baby boy. I sent the baby boy block vase with white roses and blue flowers and ribbons. She got 6 bright orange roses instead. Does orange say baby boy to you? I was so pissed, I’ll never use teleflora again.

Teleflora is the worst in my life. They commited to deliver flowers for funeral to my friend in different country and send me a note that they cannot deliver a day before delivery. Never trust this company.

I was very disappointed when I saw a picture of what arrived to my friend! It was much less full and colorful than what I ordered, which was ther deluxe size of the bee pitcher bouquet. It should have included orange and pink roses, but instead there were no oranges, too many greens, not enough flowers, and not even a bee pitcher. It was a different colored pitcher with a dragonfly. I will not order from Teleflora again. You can not trust that they will deliver what you ordered, so their communications with and/or choice of local florists seems to be lacking.

I used Teleflora based on the reviews. I ordered four flower arrangements for my family members. Each order was the deluxe version. Every order delivered was not the deluxe version. Much smaller (less flowers) than what was ordered, with different flowers and colors. What was delivered did not even resemble what was ordered. One order was a a dozen and half pink roses for my daughter. Only 12 roses were delivered. I do not understand how this company can have such good ratings when my experience was so disappointing.

I ordered flowers for a funeral with pink and yellow roses but what I ended up with was carnations with 4 only 4 roses for 120.00 that was embarrassing, my flowers were the ugliest that had arrived. They were already wilting and mind you I ordered for same day delivery so the flowers would be fresh but definitely not... I called back and they only offered me 30% refund 😒 I will never order from teleflora again!!!!!

I would leave no stars if that were possible, Spend 30 min going through the website to find the perfect gift for a workers anniversary , place the order and guess what- at the end of the day I received a message Order Canceled no explanation, reason, or a way to reorder. NEVER AGAIN

This company scams consumers with the bait and switch. I upgraded my arrangement and the basic arrangement arrived at the funeral home. To take advantage of those experiencing loss is especially shameful. Completely unethical business practices and I expect little resolve outside of court but I messaged them to see if they'll resolve this matter.

This company will NEVER stop emailing you. Unsubscribe all you want, they keep loading your inbox. I have written letter, posted, and now sent a certified letter to the BBB with complaints against the florist and Teleflora. Maybe a hefty fine will get their attention. The emails just bury your inbox every single day, DO NOT BUY ONLINE from this company

Can I leave a ZERO star review? This is the #WorstFlowerDelivery company on the internet. Ordered Thanksgiving centerpiece for family at home and they NEVER delivered. This is the SECOND time this has happened. Shouldn't have given them a second chance. #NEVERAGAIN

A close friend of ours lost his mother. He finalized arrangements late on a Saturday night and sent us the information. The visitation and funeral were to be on Monday. I ordered flowers through teleflora. The prices weren't bad and the website was easy enough to use. I placed an order to be delivered at 1:00 pm at the funeral home. I know it was a bit of a short notice, but I've done this many times before with no issues. At 9:45 am on Monday, I got a text while at work saying they wouldn't be able to fulfill the order and gave a number to call. My father passed away 8/11/22 and I order an arrangement for his casket from this site Tuesday 8/16/22 prior to his Sat am funeral. Requested a Friday 8/19/22 delivery to ensure they would be there in time. Received confirmation Tues afternoon, then Friday afternoon at 12:54 p.m. the day of delivery I received and email stating they were unable to fulfill my order. I can not tell you how livid I was and customer service was useless. I ordered Mother's Day flowers from Teleflora for my daughter. The flowers arrived on time, but they were in horrible condition. As my daughter put it, "they looked like they had been microwaved". When I complained to Teleflora, they offered to refund less than a third of my cost plus a discount on my next order. As if I'll ever use this company again.

I have occasionally not been satisfied with a teleflora delivery but that is rare and they always make it right. My most recent purchase was a sympathy basket for the loss of a beloved pet. It was stunning. I wish I could load a picture here. It was not exactly as pictured; it was far more beautiful. The local florist that they chose did an excellent job. Very Pleased

If I could rate this company a no stars, I would. I have given this company several chances and this past weekend was the icing on the cake. I placed an order for delivery on 8/16/21, I received a phone call stating that that could deliver the arrangement the next day. I cancelled. I place an order on 8/27/21 for same day delivery before noon. I received an email stating that they ran into an issue and if I had an alternate day of delivery. I was disappointed in the Teleflora Regally Yours Orchid. The plant and flower arrangement was over $120 so it wasn't the cheapest arrangement offered. The plant/flower arrangement that was delivered looked nothing like the photo. The plant was supposed to have thin, tall, vertical leaves with orchids coming up from the center. What arrived had wide, limp leaves hanging over the base of the vase. The vase was supposed to be a Noble Heritage Urn but it was something cast to look like wicker. In addition, when I contacted customer service to express my disappointment, their response was sorry I was disappointed. Will not order from them again.

Ok. I am mad. I chose a beautiful bouquet for my friend who had helped me a great deal with my mom's death. I paid for premium flowers $147.60 including delivery. They had three types, Standard, Deluxe and Premium. The bouquet delivered looked stunning on their web page. Actually is called, Teleflora Stunning Swirls Bouquet. When delivered, my friend sent me a photo of it. Well, the stunning bouquet, didn't even get to the Standard regular bouquet. Very disappointing. Will not use this company again. run!!!!!!!, do not use this terrible company. ordered flowers a couple weeks ago to be delivered yesterday mar 25 2021. no flowers delivered, no call nothing. called today and no help except to say they will deliver next week! totally unacceptable!! please do not make the mistake of using this company. i will be requesting a charge back from my credit card company

Worst review ever. Teleflora does not make floral arrangements, They send the arrangement to a florist and only give the florist a portion of the money. If you want a PERSONAL touch call a local flower shop in the area you want to send flowers. That is the ONLY way all your money goes towards the arrangement. for a 100.00 order. Teleflora takes 73.00 and a 3.00 fee to the florist so the florist only gets 70.00. Thank smart, buy smart, buy local.

Re: Order First time using this service. Regret doing so. I ordered flowers for my mother who is in a nursing home for rehab. I paid for flex delivery dates. Didn’t care when they arrived as long as it was by Valentine’s Day. I ordered them early morning 2/12/2021. $80 total for flowers, balloon and candy. No flowers were ever delivered. No email or call notifying me there was a delay or even an issue with the delivery. Just decided to take and keep my money. I am so angry. They offered me $23 back. I ordered the "Dutch Garden" bouquet as a sympathy gift and upgraded to the "deluxe" version. They delivered a bouquet that was very different from and inferior to the basic "Dutch Garden" bouquet. The bouquet was pictured in a large floral cup and saucer, but was delivered in a smiley face mug that was completely inappropriate for the occasion--it was an embarrassment. I wanted to have it replaced by another bouquet, but the most Teleflora would give me was a discount, not a refund. My one previous experience with Teleflora was good, but after this recent fiasco, I can't recommend them to anyone.
