This is very sad. FTD used to have a very trusted name in the florist business, sadly that is no longer the case. I will never use them again. They made me look like a fool. I ordered flowers for my mother's 93rd birthday a day ahead of time. Her birthday is not around a holiday or anything. I trusted that FTD would deliver them the next day. I wish I could rate them a 0. I ordered a beautiful funeral spray to be delivered to the service for a very special man. I ordered them 3 days ahead of the service, and they were never delivered. When I called to speak to customer service, I never spoke to anyone who could explain it, and I could barely understand the customer service representatives. I will never get the chance to express my condolences to this family again, and I will certainly never use FTD again. VERY disappointed.

I ordered birthday flowers for my sister 2 days ago and we still have not received the order. I have no idea which florist they use and they are not cheap. Very Disappointed. I wanted my sister to receive them on June 15th, her Birthday, at work! They never came! I was told she would received an upgraded home delivery the next day! It never came and they refuse to give me a refund over $6 I wish I could give them a negative rating!!!!!! Will never use them again and may have to take them to small claims court to get my $83 back!!!! Again very disappointed!

Horrible experiences the last three times, ordered 3 arrangements for Easter; received one that was a funeral arrangement; other two had vases that were not the ones pictured (one Easter with weaved ceramic basket and one white one with a gold cross) we got three plain glass vases - bouquets were skimpy and lilies never bloomed, what happened to FTD? We didn’t think we had to check review on FTD,

My wife's flowers were to be delivered on Saturday for Valentine's Day. As I am out of town it was extremely important to me to be delivered in my absence. Never happened. Today is Monday and they say in the next three days. I will never order from them again. A refund does not make up for the disappointment

I had ordered flowers for a friends funeral off the obituary website. The morning of the funeral I checked the status of the delivery. Not delivered. Spent over $200. Tried o chat on line to find out were the flowers were they gave me a phone number to call. When I called the FTD person said there was a mix up between delivering to the funeral home and the church so they did neither. I am extremely upset . Received no email, text or phone call from them. They did refund my money but big deal.

Zero, zero, zero positive things to say. Ordered a specific bouquet. I called to place the order. I asked for a clear glass vase instead of blue. They called the local florist while I held. No problem they told me. My Fri snapped a picture to show me and thank me. No sunflowers, no pink roses, no white daisies... gaudy yellow asters... hot pink carnations. Was awful!!! I paid $90 for a tacky $6 bouquet. When I called to complain, they said they would replace it... no, they didn't. I will NEVER use them again. FRAUD plain and simple

I actually made my order online and gave the day and time of the service so the flowers could be delivered ahead of the services. I had a 2 confirmations my flowers would be delivered on Jan 8 and before the services at 1pm At 3pm no flowers, so I called FTD they called the florist while I waited on the phone. The florist told FTD the flowers would be there on Jan 9 before the funeral. Not sure why they have the question asking when you want the flowers delivered if they are going to deliver when the florist wants to deliver. I ordered an arrangement for my friend's funeral in Pleasant Grove, Utah a week in advance. After the funeral, I find out the arrangement was never delivered. According to FTD, the florist "didn't have time", and FTD wasn't informed of this until after the funeral was over. FTD's response was flippant and when expressing my anger, all they would say is "How would you like me to now handle your order?". I want to be writing a review for the florist that couldn't be bothered to fulfill their obligation, but since FTD won't tell me who that is, I'll leave a review for them instead. Made an order on 11/09, the company sent to the wrong address. I called customer service and they asked if I wanted it re-routed to the correct address, to which I said of course. I found out later that by asking them to re-route it, I inadvertently gave them permission to double charge me for shipping, tax and other "fees". When I called them to ask about this double-charge and other fees they had NO explanation for the fees, no justification for the double-charge and would not refund me. I ordered a funeral arrangement on 7/11 for a 7/13 memorial service. On 7/13 I received an email telling me it needed more delivery info. When I called they said they were not able to deliver it to the funeral home before the service and would need the delivery info to deliver to the families home, same day. On 7/14 I checked on my order since I hadn't received a delivery notice and saw that it was being delivered that day. BEYOND UPSET!!!! Not only do the flower not arrive for the service, but they couldn't even deliver them to the home the same day with a 2 day lead time on the order. UNACCEPTABLE, DO NOT ORDER from this company. PATHETIC

I ordered an orchid, and received an email that they had to make a substitute for my order. When I called to inquire, they said they had tried to get a hold of me via email and because I didn't respond they made the substitution. I literally called them back within five minutes of the email and their call. They sent a lower value item and were extremely rude and when I asked if I could select something else they said they would just cancel my order.

This place is awful. Never ever again will I spend a dime here. They take your money and schedule an appointment before they see if the actually can deliver, then they let you know the day before they can’t do it. Thanks for ruining Mother’s Day FTD. Dawn the supervisor could not care less after waiting more than 2 hours on the phone. And hung up on 3 times. This business model is a SCAM.

They are the worst! HOW are they still in business? I have never experienced that type of horrible customer service, I mean THE WORST! They cancelled my Mother's Day order less than 24hrs before delivery. Who does that?!

They were horrible. Delivery date on international shipping was meant to be on the 15th of Feb 2020 and never happened after 3 phone calls, emails etc. Never had so much hassle. I spoke with some short of service center somewhere in Asia for sure. Finally I cancelled my order and asked for the full refund. Will see if they will return the 150 dollars they had charged me. FTD is run by a bunch of useless idiots that they don't care anymore. But they will still be in business cause of some suckers like me that have give them money to hold for 20 days to gain out of . Is a fraud for a company

Selected FTD to send flowers to my wife because they were working with USAA. As a Disabled Vet I try to use companies that advertise with other companies I know work with military and veterans. Picked delivery for the 13th of Feb. Placed the order on 2 Feb and thought I was golden, had the flowers ordered and everything was set. After waiting all evening on the 13th nothing shows. I check FTD and the chat rep says the delivery cannot be made because they don't have a florist in my local area. I ordered an arrangement based on what was represented on their website. The first delivery was nothing close to what was pictured. They refunded my fee and then redelivered the arrangement. The re-delivery was equally atrocious and was not close to what I actually ordered. Their customer service is/was terrible. I would never, ever recommend anyone ever use FTD. And if they do, check carefully because you will not get what you pay for.

I have had two consecutive horrible experiences with FTD. The first was for a birthday. The arrangement was nothing like the description or site photo. It had fewer flowers and a completely different (which the touted on their website). I ended up going to a local florist for a very nice arrangement, but a day after the birthday. Thinking it was a fluke, I ordered an arrangement for my mother. I received confirmation that it was delivered, which it was not. After two calls and an email (the chat for FTD did not function), I was told I would get a 20% discount. This after spending an hour and having delivery two days late. I suggest everyone to avoid FTD.

Tried sending a flower arrangement for the birthday of the wife of a friend of mine. The day after the expected delivery I check the tracking FTD provided and see that no delivery was made. I contacted FTD asking what was going on. I got an automated reply saying that the flowers I had ordered was not available in my area. Now note, I do mot love in the boondocks, but in Austin TX, and couldn’t they tell me it was not available when I ordered it? I purchased flowers in sympathy for friends who had just suffered a loss.  I ordered them on a Wednesday, about noon, for same day delivery.  They happily took my money and guaranteed delivery.  I called Wednesday at 530pm because there were no flowers.  I was told, so sorry "we failed to secure a local florist" and "we promise to deliver tomorrow and we'll upgrade your order for free".  Ok, I thought, that's fine.  Just refund my same day delivery fee.  Thursday comes and goes, no flowers.  I call again, and receive the exact same "we failed to secure a local florist" and "we promise to deliver tomorrow and we'll upgrade your order for free".  I'm already $58 out of pocket, so I give them... My boyfriend was very excited to use the FTD groupon. When he placed the order, he also added some candy. they gave him a tracking number. today I received the candy, but no flowers. I was disappointed. When he called, the rep was not helpful, and tried to say that they never said the candy and flowers would be delivered together. WTH???? do you know people who place this type of order to have them shipped separatly? not to mention, he paid over $30 in shipping charges for them to get to me today and it is 4pm and I still have not received my flowers here at work? Absolutely the worst St. Valentines experience ever! Really should be 0 stars! Their site crashed at the last step of the order (payment), however an email was issued with a tracking number. Next day another email came with instructinos to call them for a substitute as the arrangement I paid for was not available. After calling them I was told the order is re-assigned to another florist and everything will be delivered as normal. On St. Valentines nothing got delivered and I called in the afternoon only to be told the florist rejected the order and they can offer me a delivery on the next day!!
