TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE! I ordered a whole package - flowers, teddy bear, and necklace, and it couldn't be delivered right away like I hoped, but they said it would be delivered March 5th. Well, it WASN'T delivered March 5th, and when I contacted them, their response was to offer me 25% off... but only off the flower price (which was about half the total), not the entire purchase price... so really it was 12.5% off... This was a really important, time-sensitive delivery, and even after I explained this they didn't care. If I coud give zero stars I would. This company is a SCAM. I ordered a SPRAY for a funeral, rcvd an email telling me it had been delivered YESTERDAY (Funeral is today), I called to ask to see the spray / confirm rcpt. Nothing was ever delivered. Call scam company, they claim the florist didn't have the flowers. SO YOU DON'T CALL ME SO I CAN MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS? INSTEAD YOU ATTEMPT TO STEAL MONEY AND CLAIM IT WAS DELIVERED? Flowers never arrived and they charged my credit card. Their guarantee is no guarantee. Avoid this business.
Ordered flowers for my Mother's birthday with a few days lead time. The flowers did not show up on her birthday. I called and they offered me a flower upgrade with an apology note and would make delivery the following day. The flowers still DID NOT arrive! Called back again and they only wanted to refund me 30% my payment. I had to demand a refund for the full amount of the order. What kind of operation is this?!?
They lied about the delivery date and time. I would do business with someone else any time.
I ended up being charged $18.00, no $17.99, for handling with no advanced notice of the charge!
Other people may have good experiences with this company, but I have not. I would definitely not recommend this fly by night operation to anyone. On top of paying extra for same day delivery, I had to send several messages to customer service inquiring about my order. Each response I did get seemed to indicate concern and a promise to look into it and get back to me. Day three and no sign of my flower arrangement. Now I have to contact my bank to cancel payment.
My 12 year old granddaughter was injured this past Saturday and had to undergo surgery on Monday. I ordered flowers/balloon to be delivered to her hospital room on Monday 6/5/23. Total (including extra fees to MAKE SURE she received it that morning $69.08. Imagine my disappointment when she called me yesterday, 6/6/23, and when asked about her flowers she told me they never arrived. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I paid for expedited delivery and they were supposed to arrive before noon as she was leaving work for half a day. I had to call the company twice to check on my order when I found out that they were not delivered on time. They finally got delivered after everyone had gone home for the day. She had to drive back to work to get them. The flowers were very pretty but the delivery was very unacceptable.
Find another company. I ordered a welcome home arrangement for a dear friend who had been in hospital for a few months. I paid for expedited shipping and added a box of chocolates and a teddy bear to the gift. When the items were delivered two days late (after the homecoming), the flowers were wilted and the chocolates were completely melted. When I contacted the company, they told me they would refund me 20% of the order. When I said that was unacceptable, they bumped the refund to 50%. They claim customer satisfaction is a priority, however they really do not care. Oh - they did tell me that the florist who put the arrangement together apologized, though.
I ordered flowers for my wife for Mothers Day. Delivery was supposed to be May 13 (Saturday). Nothing has arrived as of yet. Their website still shows "Delivery Scheduled" for May 13.
Emailed "Customer Care", clearly an oxymoron for this company, but all I get is an auto response that they will investigate and get back to me. NOT

Worst experience ever! Mothers day flowers never showed up, called to complain and they gave me an $11.00 refund for an over $100 order. They contacted florist to correct issue and they threw together a crappy arrangement that looked absolutely nothing like what i ordered, i ordered bright spring flowers yellow and pink, they sent an ugly dark/fall colored piece full of red and burgundy with roses already wilting. Called again and they said all they could do was refund me $17.00. Never again!
I have used this company twice now. The first time they sent a completely wrong arrangement without offering any resolution or refund. I still gave them a second chance. Mother’s Day I sent out two arrangements. The first one arrived and it was different that what I ordered but it was arranged in a case with a note attached. The second went to my mom and it was about 8 flowers all together. I ordered a large arrangement this was a $60 order alone. Many of the stems were broken. They were wrapped in paper like as if you got them at Publix. By far the worst flowers I’ve ever ordered. I called the service line and the best they would do is $8.
If you want reliable flower delivery, don't use Fromyouflowers.com. We never received my wife's Birthday flower delivery. Tracking never showed it being delivered and when you call you get the run around. After working a 10 hour shift, I had to go buy flowers for my wife because they never delivered the flowers I ordered 2 weeks earlier. I'm still waiting to see if I receive my refund. I learned my lesson with them.
A co-worker's sister passed, so on February 27, 2023 an order was placed with From You Flowers for flowers to be delivered to the funeral home. The order was scheduled for delivery on March 3, 2023. On March 14, 2023 the co-worker came back to the office and wondered why we had not sent flowers. This was the first indication that the order had not been delivered. When I reached out to From You Flowers about this, their reply was that the flowers had been delivered on May 2nd, case closed. However, the flowers were ordered to receive March 3rd, not March 2nd. They sent the order 2 weeks before my daughter-in-laws birthday -SO embarrassing!! She thought we didn't even know when her birthday was!
I sent flowers to my other daughter in law -they did not look like the picture at all - wrong colors - looked like vase was left over from valentines day.
and GHASTLY EXPENSIVE. They say you are getting a "discount" for next order - it's a $10 markup on the price so you end up paying the same when your order is placed. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
This is absolutely the worst company ever. I just got scammed. Don't expect your flowers to be delivered. I should have read up on this company but what everyone is saying is true. They are absolutely horrible. They send out these bogus emails saying the order couldn't be delivered and then you don't even get the flowers the next day. I just lost over $100.
Do not use this service! I ordered flowers and paid extra to have them delivered on Monday. It is Tuesday night and still no flowers. I have been on hold on their phone line for 30 minutes. It looks like I am going to have to work through my credit card company to dispute the charge. Their shoddy service ruined a surprise for my wife's birthday and Valentine's day.

this is by far the worst experience i have ever had when purchasing flowers. The best way that i can see fit to do this review is by doing a day by day /time. If i dont they i will look like a jerk and i can assure u i didnt get super irate until we got the 2nd one delivered and it was still not what i ordered . start with my first contact when i placed the order. *original order was for delivery for the following day. I ordered flowers for my sister and their florist (2 different florist) that they used to deliver the flowers screwed up twice on her order: The first delivered: The flowers were beautiful but wrong balloon (Happy Birthday instead of Thank you) BUT the delivery guy came back with the correct balloon and my sister was happy BUT meanwhile I called From You Flowers to let them know what happened and the florists went back to my sister's home and took everything back and never redelivered. If you're expecting your loved one to be surprised on a special day - DONT order from For You Flowers. After paying for expedited delivery - to ensure the flowers would arrive on time - I learned a week later that they NEVER came. I was not notified of any problems. If I hadn't asked my loved ones about how they enjoyed the flowers, I wouldn't have EVER known they hadn't arrived and would have been out the $80 spent. After contacting the company, they gave me a prompt refund - but that doesn't replace the missed opportunity to recognize my loved one on their special day. I will never use this company again and will buy locally.
Horrible service, I will be writing my review on every site that I can find. First I order expedited service and I was guaranteed 4 hour delivery. I call about 10 minutes before my 4 hour time frame was up to ask for the refund with that because I knew something was up from the beginning when I didn’t get a response from the recipient.
