Absolutely horrible service. Order was not delivered an trying to reach a live person to assit was a oke. All automated numbers. Will never use them again. Located 10 minutes from delivery destination and after two days of flex delivery - order never delivered.

Orderer’s opinion: the small size was ordered, but compared to the pictured size it was 1/3rd the size. Disappointing. Receiver’s opinion : Delivered to wrong address. The arrangement was not the best. It appears they don’t how to choose fresh, healthy flowers nor how to arrange them. They appear to have been stuck in a vase, not arranged.

Horrible service!! They lost the flower arrangement and would not give me any information for three days. 3 days later the arrangement arrived. I tried calling the customer service number. It was a runaround spam. No one ever picked up. There was nowhere to leave a message. I have requested a refund . I have not received any response. . Do not use this company for your next flower arrangement.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ava's Flowers that I feel compelled to share. I placed an order for flowers on Saturday morning for a funeral service scheduled on Monday. I even paid extra to rush the order to ensure there would be no issues. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from acceptable. On Saturday afternoon, I received a text and email instructing me to call regarding my order. Among the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Ordered an arrangement for a family member's funeral, for a verification it was delivered, went to funeral to find it was not. That's bad enough, but then to try to talk to someone is another matter. The text from AVAS has a phone number that has an automated msg that tells you to call a different number. Senseless! The new number makes you repeatedly enter your order number and phone number but only to give you automated messages and never to put a real human on the phone. Avoid Like the Plague: Avas Flowers' Unacceptable Service I am writing this review as a warning to others: DO NOT ORDER FROM AVAS FLOWERS. My aunt passed away last week, and I thought it would be a kind gesture to order flowers from Avas Flowers for her funeral. What a horrific mistake. The initial order was placed on the day before the furneral grave service, but the flowers didn't arrive until 5 days AFTER the funeral. Total scam. Do not use this company. My flowers were never delivered. My order summary stated the cost would be $39.97. They charged my bank account $70.17. Customer service gave me the runaround never transferred me to a manager disconnected my call multiple times they need to be reported to law-enforcement and the BBB.

STAY AWAY FROM AVA’S FLOWERS! They’re awful enough that they seem like some kind of scam. I ordered flowers for a hospital patient in Osage Beach, MO. The website I saw made them look like a local florist. I didn’t see the teeny tiny print that said they were located in Delaware. The day after I ordered, while I was driving cross country to visit the patient, Ava’s sent me two texts telling me to check my email. Avas Flowers is NOT trustworthy!! Upon calling to place my order, they assured my funeral arrangement would be delivered before the 10am service. It did NOT arrive on time, which after 3 phone calls to get a time of delivery they still could not confirm a time. Their customer service is a disaster, just sent me around in circles and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I finally gave up getting any help with my $84 order, of which $25 was a “service fee” (that should have been my first clue). If I could give Avas Flowers zero stars I would.

What I ordered was not what was received. This is a scam company. I paid $82.63 for a 'deluxe harmony bouquet' advertised for $52.99, after they socked me with a $25 service fee and taxes. The bouquet my mother received is the same as a $17.99 grocery store bouquet, delivered in a cheap pathetic vase. Nothing special at all. I would have driven 2 hours round trip to bring my Mom a bouquet instead of paying this scam company to bring her a terrible bouquet had I known what they were going to do. As soon as I submitted my order by phone I got an ema saying that item was not available. I selected a substitution and then they overcharged me. I called to make the correction and thought all was set only to immediately get an email saying flowers were shipped but now would arrive 2 days late- 2 days past the event they were for. I only chose them because they said they could deliver on time. P Because it was marked shipped there was no way to cancel. My bouquet also included a $24.95 handling charge! Please call a local shop and order from there. These guys are awful.

If there was a zero rating I would have given it. There is no way they have 4.6 rating. DO NOT USE this company! My flowers were not delivered for my daughter's 30th. When I asked for a refund the CS rep kept giving me alternatives even calling her and telling her she would get them later. I repeatedly said no until about after 10 times if telling her no I got extremely upset and was yelling. The girl would not stop talking about 30 percent off and baskets etc. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she wanted to know why! My mom has cancer I ordered her tulips, her favorite and paid extra to have them there by 2 o’clock. It was $117 order and no one neglected to tell me tulips weren’t in season so they sent her six roses. It took me over 2 1/half hours to get this straightened out I will never ever use these people again, if you want something cheap and expensive this is your place but they sent me another invoice with a rush charge and for it to be delivered the next day I paid extra to have it delivered by 2 o’clock and they sent the wrong flowers and I got a $34 credit and they wanted the roses back. WTF!!! Flowers and Card or my anniversary never arrived. I alerted Avis Flowers by calling the number. 1/2 hour later I was alerted that the flowers were delivered. I was home at that time and no flowers were delivered. Automated online chat feature for Avis Flowers actually stated that the delivery personnel may indeed state that an item has been delivered even when it is still enroute. I never received the flowers or the card. Avis Flowers is now stating the delivery personnel who have stated the flowers were delivered will provide a picture. I ordered sunflowers for my daughter’s first day of law school. She lives across the country from me. Flowers were not delivered even though I got a notification saying that they had been. I tried using the online help and was told they would trace my package and get back to me. Nothing. Then I tried the chat which was a joke. Then I called on the phone just for the recording to tell me that they were too busy to get to my call. WHAT?! Now I’m out almost $80 for nothing.

Never Ever Again!!!! I have never been more disgusted by a company and their presentation of NOTHING when you pay for it ALL!!!! I had purchased a bouquet which looked amazing and gorgeous for the mom to be (who is 10 states away) and received a picture of FOUR flowers in a glass vase...the customer service was atrocious and I truly believe they kept me on hold and waiting just so that I would hang up. DISGUSTING!!!!!

Never again! Talked to an Ava's Flowers rep on 7/31/24; ordered a small green/yellow arrangement offered on website of carnations/daisies/mums in basket, final cost $78.37. Recipient was a friend in rehab facility. Received a text less than an hour later that my order could not be completed. I’m extremely upset. I ordered 2 bouquets for My daughters. One to Burnsville which arrived ok. The other to big lake which you show delivered but she never received. I also was charged 3 times instead of 2 and I should have received. $10 credit as you didn’t have what I wanted so was told I’d get this I’m upset over billing.
