Absolutely, Positively Awful! We have been with them for over 10 years since they were fleetmatics, which by the way was a great company until it was bought up by verizon. What I have been working on for the last 10 months was upgrading to 4g from 3g as there is no longer service for 3g. Have been without tracking for all the reports I have to do for 10 months. We have been assigned at least 8 different people that are going to resolve it, each time going through the process of starting from ground zero with fleet list, vin #, engine type, etc. I now have supposedly a top person who I can barely understand because of severely broken english. I sooooo badly want out and away from... Read More

We have been with Verizon Networkfleet for several years. They are well overdue in updating their technology and platform. I have been trying to upgrade to their Reveal platform for the past month and I cannot get anyone to follow up with us. Our rep is on leave and I can't reach anyone at the company. We were supposed to have a Zoom webinar over a month ago showing us the benefits of migrating to the new platform and we are still waiting. Installing and swapping out units is a hassle, too. We will be leaving them for another service.

Waited over 6 months with several phone calls for a unit to be installed (which we were paying for the entire time). Finally installed. A few months later I needed to transfer one unit and add another and waited another 4 months and decided to cancel as I was not being helped for months. Once I decided to cancel they answered back right away. They were rude and unapologetic for the situation at hand. Found much cheaper service elsewhere, still saving money even after paying the cancellation fee with Network Fleet.

It has now been 50 days since I recently implemented Networkfleet Tracking in our small construction business fleet. Being small, we only have 14 vehicles that we needed to track. We were told we had to install the devices ourselves, were only given minimal training (mostly referred to webinars) and have not had all 50 devices working at the same time since we started the tracking program.
