I paid $100 last month and received a bottle of 18 pills. Not sure if you were supposed to send me another bottle of 18 with no cost. Can you explain to me exactly how this works. Thank You.

they will send you product, even though you tell them not to send it. They had 3 days notice not to send it, but they sent it anyway. Then, they will not let you return the product. Do not use this business.
This company informed me by email that they were preparing to send me a prescription. I immediately emailed them back and told them I did not want the order and not send it. They ignored my request and charged me $1,284 to boot. Now they say they will not take back the 8 pills they sent me and will not refund me the money. Do not do business with these people. These people are greedy and are less than honest.
They claim 2-day delivery was included in my purchase. It's been 5 days and the package hasn't arrived. The tracking says delivery tomorrow, which will be 6 days from the order date.
