DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALLUREZ! They lie about their products and shipping, their customer service is a joke, they do not return calls/emails/chats, and they will steal your money! Read this review and others on this site about shoddy quality and business practices. I ordered a diamond and opal bracelet for my wedding anniversary from Allurez.com in July 2023. According to the order, it would ship in 2-5 days and I would receive it in plenty of time for our anniversary a few weeks later. The claimed carat weight of the opals was 13.2ct. I asked if this was accurate since they also said they were 6x4mm opals, which they also sell on their site separately and weigh about 0.25ct each.... Read More

WARNING STAY AWAY. This is my first ever bad review on an item purchased. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at the end of 2022. He proposed to me on Christmas Eve. Just 2 months later my stone fell out and was lost. I was very careful with my ring and was distraught. When we called Allurez they said a lost stone was not covered in the warranty which I understood. The solution give was they could replace the diamond for me if I purchased a new one. I decided to take my ring to a local more reputable jeweler who was shocked by my ring setting. Zero Stars-My Allurez experience began Jun 6th w/ the purchase of an engagement ring (setting only) and continues this day. BBB is currently managing complaint #17487119. Let me be clear... I realized miscommunications were occurring between customer service and me. I waited what I though a reasonable time for communication and shipping confirmation (2 weeks) before requesting refund and was told my custom order was non-refundable. Ordered some 'Princess Di' emerald earrings pictured on website as good quality, fine jewelry, supposedly retailing for/appraising for $1600+ and inspired by Princess Diana and Kate Middleton. I was trying to match a necklace from my late mother. Joke…emerald gemstones were of poor inferior quality and should probably retail/appraise half the price stated. The day the order was placed I called and asked them if it was possible to have the band I purchased by the 21st so I could have the jeweler set it by Thanksgiving as when I planned to ask my girlfriend to marry me. They assured me it would be no problem at all. I called the week before to double check and they still assured me it would be done. It is Monday the 22nd and I still don't have it so I called. They still have not crafted the ring, no one has updated me, and they aren't sure if I'll even get it before Thanksgiving. No supervisor or manager available. Very disappointed in this company.

I purchased a sapphire and diamond ring from the Allurez website. No customization. It was supposed to be a AAA, eye-clean sapphire with SI1/SI2 diamonds. Prior to purchase, I asked about enhancements to the sapphire - heat, diffused, etc. and was told it was a "natural stone, and not enhanced". This should have been the first red flag since most sapphires in the retail market are heat treated. The ring arrived after several weeks, but with zero paperwork (I don't mean an appraisal) stating the carat weights and clarity. I purchased a ring from Allurez back in August, and have only had bad news since then. There was extreme confusion between what the ring ACTUALLY was and what I ordered. I ordered an oval stone originally, but was told that due to the nature of my ring, an oval setting was not possible, and was asked if a circular stone was fine (this meant the halo around the center stone would also be circular). Most dishonest company around. Shop elsewhere! Sorry a little long but shows the true nature of this company: 7/15/19- We ordered a bracelet. Their employee, Minda, told us we could save on the tax by having it sent to NJ, so it was sent to my aunt’s home. It was delivered on 7/18, 3 days later. We were only able to pick the bracelet up on 7/24 since we live in NY. On that same day (7/24), I found the same bracelet for about $500 less than what we paid. Company seems fraudulent. Its been almost two months since I've ordered and still haven received my item. They said it was to ship by end of week and told me to close my dispute. Still no tracking number. This has been an awful experience.
