It is still limited to a circular area and could not be configured to follow accurate boundaries. However, with built-in rechargeable batteries these are easier to maintain and are cheaper in the long run. Added benefits include easy installation and the ability to transfer the system to another area in your home in minutes.

This could not be configured to follow defined boundaries and interference will always be a constant concern.
