So this company has had multiple issues and violations resulting in having their testing and license pulled in October of 2020 by the FDA and CLIA. They cannot operate. What is worse is that so many have been left in limbo wondering what happened with no answer as to when or if they will get results and further how relevant those results will be.

I give this no stars due to no service. I purchased this as an add on to my Noom subscription. I registered my kit through the Orig3n app prior to sending them my sample per their instructions. I registered the kit on 9/8/20 and I received an email that they received my sample on 9/15/20. I was instructed through their app that it could take up to 90 days and to keep checking back. By the end of December there were still no results but also the app kicked out my test kit registration. Now I’m basically out of luck and out of the the charged funds.

I am not sure what would you tag a company not delivering goods/services after more than 6 months except one word: scam! their customer service also does not respond so obviously this is a fraud. I am going to file with FBI so sooner or later they have to refund. also blaming pandemic has been turned to only an excuse for many companies including orig3n. if you are not able to deliver services then you should not charge people to start with! really really frustrated. they also ashamed me a lot because I bought twp packages for my daughter for her birthday and still after 6 months they have not delivered results! I tool sent off my DNA sample in Dec 2019 and have not received my results by March 2020. I did get an email from the help desk saying they were looking into it but never heard back, when I followed up I still didn't get a response.

Sent in my test in November and have not received results - I reached out to the company by phone and email and they never responded.
