I've taken the Index test twice over the past 3 years and found the results and recommendations extremely useful. I've also completed the PhenoAge (Horvath and Levine) test based on 9 blood biomarkers, and the results from both tests were the same with my biological age being 13 years younger than my chronological age. I also take all four of the Elysium Health supplements. Their customer service people are absolutely superb. I recommend their services very highly.

I use all four of their supplements and have done the Index test twice over the past three years. All their products are excellent with sound science undergirding them. Their customer service is impeccable. I'm a huge fan and highly recommend them to others.
