Do not buy this dishwasher. I've had mine for 2 years and have had nothing but trouble. Going to have to replace it soon.
Run from Samsung kitchen appliances. It is so quiet you don’t believe it is working .... but that’s because it doesn’t really work. All those negative reviews are completely true . The top level is useless as water doesn’t get up there ... and unless you use top of the range Cascade platinum and the heavy cycle you will be disappointed. I spent $4000 on a refrigerator and oven .... and had 4 service visits inside the one year warranty. The dishwasher just crapped out after two years with a circuit board failure ... covered for 5 years but I have to pay $250 call out . I wish also I had done research on reviews. I have had my dishwasher for 1 ½ years and am getting a 3C (failed pump) error. I always buy cheap appliances, washers/dryers, etc. and never have any problems, but the first time I decide to upgrade .. nothing but problems.
Do not purchase this dishwasher. We bought it in May and didn't take it out of the box and install until September. It was installed professionally. The LC code started in May and then it would work again. Finally in July I spoke with a rep because it was happening every time we used it. Have to shut off the breaker in order to make it reset. Once we looked online we realize this is a HUGE reoccurring issue with almost every person who has purchased this. My brother also has the same appliance set and he also had the problem.
