Each $49 box comes with recipes for five different smoothies, each of which makes 12 oz, when ingredients are combined with their recommended 1 cup of water and 1 cup of ice. Each smoothie has proteins, fruit, and usually a green vegetable, for a balanced meal replacement, with no added sugars. Though they don't count calories, shakes usually clock in at a maximum of 300 calories per 12 ounces. Subscribers can choose their 5 weekly smoothies from a pool of 8 seasonal recipes.
