Keap CRM Software is owned by software company Infusion Software and based in Chandler, Arizona. Its primary audience is small businesses. Since the company's founding in 2001, it has grown to have over 200,000 users nationwide.

Platform

Keap is compatible with all major operating systems and it also has mobile apps so you can access all of your customer information from anywhere you happen to be. Apps are available for iOS and Android devices.

Customer Management

Keap enables you to store key information, like customer contact information, shared files and documents, personalized tags, and a detailed message history so you're always aware of what's going on with each lead. You can even store personal and background information, like the name of a customer's child or pet. If you need to follow up with that customer at a later date, you can also create reminders so you or whoever reaches out to that customer next knows exactly what they need to do.

Marketing and Lead Generation

Keap helps you automate your marketing practices so you can spend less time manually sending out emails and messages to your customers. You can create and store custom email and text templates to suit various purposes and then all you have to do is set the schedule and indicate who you'd like to send the emails too. The software is designed to accommodate custom, repeatable sales processes that you and your staff can use to establish standardized sales practices and ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Its simple drag-and-drop interface enables you to quickly prioritize and move tasks from one stage in the sales pipeline to the next without having to deal with complicated spreadsheets.

Reporting and Analytics

Keap enables you to generate custom reports to track your company's work at all points in the process. Its marketing reports help you monitor the effectiveness of different sales campaigns, track conversion rates and click-through rates, and identify strategies that can help you launch more successful marketing campaigns in the future. Sales reports help you determine revenue by lead source, projected revenue, activity from referrals, and more. There are over 20 pre-built billing report types to help you identify customer lifetime value and income by lead source, among other things. And finally, there's administrative reports, which can help you track your team's activity within the CRM software. Of course, you can customize every single report type so it provides just the important information your company needs and ignores anything extra.

Employee Performance and Tracking

The Administrative reports can help you track an individual employee's performance, which can be helpful if you have sales quotas or offer incentives for having a certain number of sales. You can also see all of the tasks an employee is assigned to and the stage it's at within the process. This king of high-level overview can help managers see what's working and what isn't and identify ways they could streamline their company's workflow.

Integration and Customization

Keap integrates with several popular email systems, including Gmail and Outlook, and it also integrates with popular accounting software, so you don't have to input the same information in multiple different places. You are also able to customize your CRM software by setting up unique sales pipelines that suit your company's process and generating customer reports that quickly provide you with the critical information you need to make smart decisions for your business.

Support Services

All Keap plans include live chat and expert phone support if you have any questions about the product. There's also a free live demo, which is a great way to test out whether Keap is the right choice for you without paying a bunch of money. Those who need assistance setting up their Keap software can pay a one-time fee and get access to expert coaching, which can help them learn the ins and outs of the software and help them begin setting up custom processes. You can also get data migration assistance if you're currently using another CRM software and are considering making the jump to Keap.

Costs

Keap offers three different packages to suit companies of different sizes and budgets. Keap Grow is its most basic plan, followed by Keap Pro and finally, Infusionsoft. Keap Grow is $79 per month after the first free month and includes up to 500 contacts and one user as well as access to most of the basic features of the software.
