I had a defective contact so I called to get it replaced. The customer rep said it was past 6 months so they can't replace (their website doesn't say that defective items fall in the 6 month period) and that I should have called earlier. Ok so am I supposed to open up every contact and try them on to see if they are defective? Please use common sense. Anyway so I call the manufacturer and they said they would have to verify the prescription with contacts direct but they are not answering so they would keep trying and let me know. One of the worst customer service experience. Will be taking my business to 1800-contacts. My eye prescription changed and I asked if I could exchange my contacts for my new prescription. This is in the middle of a pandemic, where you think they'd show some compassion. They refused to do an exchange because it was not within the 6 month period. I have unopened, untouched packs of lens that I have no choice but to throw away, which is such a waste. I asked him to do it as one time courtesy and they didn't. very poor service. 5 days later still no update just the same "order is being fulfilled". The lack of feedback was frustrating, in the end I cancelled the order.
