When you order a box of lenses at their "discount" price and then they add on 15 dollars per box as a "processing fee" you realize it is a racket. It cost me more in this illegal fee then the lens itself.

Ordered contacts that I never received. After a month of delay tactics and blaming the USPS, they would not refund my money or replace the order. After waiting a month, I was out of contacts and had to order from a different company. Do not use this company. They charged my debit card and I have lost the money to an unscrupulous company. Do note use them. THEY STOLE MY MONEY--$107.

They do not deserve even a star. With no notifications of covid. I was lured into buying my lenses and having them shipped within 15 days. After 15 days, I was notified that due to covid there would be a delay in my order. I was forced to contact them as to when my order would be complete and delivered. They then notified me that my order (20 Sep 2020) would not be satisfied until 21 Dec 2020. After contacting contactlensking again, they promised to refund the shipping to keep me from cancelling the order. 0 star if possible!! I ordered contact lenses thru them and they just sent half of my order. Only one eye. They were unprofessional in the ways that the rep said I can use them for both eyes. My eyes have different prescriptions plus the main thing is, I only received ha if my order!! I have to dispute the charge thru my bank since they said they can only reorder me the other side with charge. Can’t be trusted and no more business with this company. I ordered contacts from here at the beginning of March and still haven't received them, i have been in contact with with them multiple times in the week. they keep putting my call off and having me speak to someone else. FINALLY the "manager" Adam call me back after two weeks only to tell me they should have been delivered already and there was nothing they could do to help me. I spent over $300 on contacts that i did NOT receive and the "manager" would not do anything to help me, he just kept telling me to file a claim with my bank if i wanted my money back and that contact lens king would not be helping me with this issue.
