Yesterday we had our upper and lower entrance hallways cleaned and are very satisfied with the out come. Due to very heavy traffic in these areas from the outside and from the garage, all the stains couldn't be removed. We watched as the technician, Carson Martin, cleaned the worst areas with both the steamer and spot remover, but the grime was worked into the fiber so deeply that it couldn't be thoroughly removed. We had previously tried ourselves to spot clean them to no avail. It does however look so much better. We believe the fee was reasonable. They do a fantastic job but being on a low amount of money on disability it cost me a fortune. He first said it would be 1000.00 and my carpet at my complex is the lowest grade carpet there is. the complex will not even fix the porch lights in three buildings. that is 20 porch lights. Anyway got him down to 185.00 finally. But he said that there was no guarantee at all on the work and every time they come out it would be more and more money because it was my fault and my cats fault for the dirty carpet when the carpet is really really bad from the apartment complex.
