Additionally, those in need of a registered agent can obtain one through LegalShield. The company has registered agent offices in all 50 states. Starting at $120.00, the service includes instant notifications of all documents received and a secure online dashboard.

COST

The cost of launching your business with the help of LegalShield comes down to $145, in addition to any state filling fees. This is a standard fee that varies depending on which state you are incorporating your business in and your business entity type. It can range from less than $100 to more than $200.
