Those who think they might take advantage of some of LawDepot's other business document services can sign up for a LawDepot subscription. This is free for one week and then $33 per month or you can pay for a year's subscription in advance for $7.99 per month (billed annually). This gives you access to all of LawDepot's documents, not just those related to your business. It also gives you the freedom to go back and edit documents you've created in the past to update them as necessary. This isn't an option that many business registration services give you, so it's not to be overlooked.

Time

It only takes a few minutes to create custom business documents with LawDepot, so it's a great choice if you want it done right away. LawDepot doesn't assist with submitting the documents to your state, so you will have to tackle this yourself, but it isn't too difficult for most people. Taking this work on yourself will also save you money, which is great for young businesses that don't have a lot of extra cash to spare.

But this is not a huge omission because this information is readily available online.
