They contract with LabCorp. I had my blood drawn there and now they are claiming it was never done. No refund offered - only a gift card to get more labs or a redraw. I would have just gone else where but since I spent a significant amount of money I am stuck.

Horrible site layout. Spent an hour trying to schedule an appointment and trying to get answers. Hard to navigate. The chat never works. It's always disconnected. Every time you call a lab, there's no human beings to talk to. This site is so poorly laid out. It takes your money and then never tells you how to schedule an appointment. Greedy people. You can't just take people's money and leave them hanging. Horrible! Just horrible!

Was great, Had a choice between all the online offerings and did a lot of research and came up with this as the best balance between reliability and cost. Labcorp took my blood and and the whole thing was above my expectations. Results were uploaded within 24 hours of the sample being taken. I got one of the wellness packages. Results are as expected so assuming its accurate (bunch of websites have been busted for bad results) i recommend to everyone.
