I received my $369.00 Total Box 14 Panel STD Testing Kit without the blood sample submission card. So in effect the kit is worthless and I'm out my money since you pre-pay. Their customer service is farmed out to people with no experience with the product or basic language skills to understand and help a customer. All the support I've been getting is to submit my samples, and I will get my results... but I can't submit the samples without the card. Do not use this company unless you don't mind throwing money away. A 10% bad experience rating is not something to be proud of.
