The company offers hundreds of different types of tests that can be ordered online for a fraction of the retail costs. LabWork365 is available 365 days a year, and customers can order from hundreds of individual tests or packages to check particular health concerns. After the customer orders the tests, they can visit any of the thousands of Quest Diagnostic locations in the U.S. to provide the specimen. Customers will then receive their reports online within one or two days of the service.

A particular feature that sets LabWork365 apart from other online blood test providers is that every purchased test includes a complimentary doctor’s evaluation over the phone. Customers can choose to have a physician contact them to discuss the test results completely free of charge.

Although the company supports FSA and HSA payment options, it does not accept health insurance plans to cover the tests.

This large number of available tests is one of LabWork365’s most impressive features.

In addition to the individual tests, the company offers 16 different packages that bundle together several tests in one purchase. These packages are created to provide a more complete picture of a specific health concern. For example, the Advanced STD Panel includes testing for chlamydia, syphilis, gonorrhea, HIV-½, Hepatitis C Antibody, and the Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), while the Annual Wellness Package includes diagnostics for heart, blood, liver, kidney, electrolytes, diabetes, thyroid, and urine analysis.

All tests are analyzed and processed in CLIA-certified labs from Quest Diagnostics.

For me has been a scam. I paid and they did not process my order. I have been calling 6 times by now. After 4 weeks, the call center just answered they could not do anything to help me. They don't even know how I can get my money back.
