Ditto on the big scam. I have severe gluten and wheat allergies and the test came back with no sensitivity to either but a high sensitivity to eggs. I have no issues with egg whites or eggs. I eat them every day. Keep your money for something more important like things that are really true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Big scam. I have celiac disease and cannot tolerate gluten but my food sensitivity panel showed that I am NOT sensitive to gluten. DO NOT waste your time, your blood or your money on this scam.

I ordered the Food Sensitivity product. I have significant sensitivity to numerous foods and I wanted to see how their testing would compare. They said I had maximum sensitivity to only one food - egg whites. I have no issues with eggs. They said I had no sensitivities in the moderate range and only 13 foods in the mild range. I have huge sensitivies to gluten and they said it was only mild. Don't waste your money. This is a big scam.

Customer Service non-existent. Going to take a month to get results .... according to "no-reply" email. Seems that they are better at marketing then actual product delivery. Go back to Shark Tank and get some help with the downstream part of your business.

I like the idea to conduct certain tests at home. I ordered two tests in 1 order on Thursday, July 23rd. Received a shipment confirmation email 3 days later on July 26th. I sent back the kits with my blood back on July 29th. Today is Agust 7th and there is no confirmation that they received the kits or processing it. The customer service is absent. I am not sure that I am going to use the company's service because I have many walk-ins labs around my place and pretty sure that the turn around time would be much quicker there. The slowness and not responsiveness make the service and the company obsolete.

I have sent them a test that was supposed to have a 24-48 hour result time. They have had the test for 4 days now, and will not reply to any emails. I do not recommend them at all!

I ordered the food sensitivity test. The test kit was complete and the directions were great. Unfortunately you have to drink a 950 calorie shake and then test your blood before and after. The shake made me deathly ill. I vomited most of the day and has hot flashes and shakes.
