I have owned a number of homes and consequently have ordered a variety of furnishings from a variety of vendors and if Blindsgalore isn't the worst one, it is a close second. I urge everyone to refer to BBB before ordering from Blindsgalore. Case: Blindsgalore failed to include all necessary mounting brackets with my order and after numerous attempts to get them to respond, after 2 weeks, I still have $1,200 of shades lying on my porch floor. If you do make the mistake to order from this basement operation, pray you that receive a complete and well-produced order, because their QA and customer support is simply horrendous. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HISTORY! ORDERED BLINDS THAT CAME IN WRONG SIZE, I TRIED FOR 3 WEEKS TO CONTACT BLINDSGALORE THROUGH EMAIL/PHONE - NO ANSWER. UNDERSTAND WE ARE IN PANDEMIC BUT I'M PRETTY SURE EVERYONE HAS A PHONE AND COMPUTER! SPOKE TO RACHELL WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER PROBABLY IN MY ENTIRE LIFETIME. UNABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE! After i placed my order online. i had a question regarding Alexa/Google compatibility. I tried to contact customer service via email, it has been a week, no response or acknowledgment. I tried to request a contact on line, it has been a week, no one contact me. I tried to call, was on hold for 25 mins, someone picked up the phone, did not answered my question and immediately transferred my call and i was on hold again.... I m concerning that if there is an issue with my order i won't be able to resolve my order in a timely manner. What is a first time customer's nightmare.

Made a big mistake with Blinds Galore - we called to see where our blinds were and they would never return a call. We received blinds (4 of the same blinds) with missing pieces - should not have been a hard order to fill. Called about the missing pieces but we have never received them. Also found out that you are NOT dealing with Blinds Galore once your order is received. The website gives you the impression that Blinds Galore is there for you. They are not and I will not use this company again. Update!!!!!!! They were supposed to send me parts that were missing. I am at this moment, an hour and a half on hold with no answer. This is my fourth attempt to get ANY response to faulty shades that I spent hundreds on. One week after installation, they stopped rolling up and one of them got contractions in the fabric that won't come out and look terrible. The first phone call (one month ago), I was given a customer service representative who told me to send a photo of the problem to her email. I did so. I followed up a week later. No response at any time. There's an option for a callback on the hold line, but I have ZERO confidence that they will ever respond to me, as they didn't ever respond to the emails. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a online blind company. I had looked at placing an order for some cellular shades and the website couldn't give me a delivery date. So I called customer service and they told me about 2 weeks for delivery. So I placed the order on 06/15/2020 and it told me that I would be emailed a delivery date. After 2 days, still no answer. Then I called customer service again and they and they told me that the blinds wouldn't be shipped until 07/14/2020. Waitied 3 weeks for blinds, received no updates via email, then my blinds finally came -- but were the wrong color. I called their help line several times and contrary to their long drawn out and annoying message that you have to listen to while you wait - they are not that friendly and professional when they finally get on the line. Also - I had to take a picture of the blinds and send to them to prove that it was the wrong color. Since they don't give refunds - I have to reorder the blinds from them. But I will not order any other blinds from them again. Maybe all of this is because of the coronavirus - so I hope they are not like this all the time.

I have ordered many window coverings from this business in the past and their service has gotten worse and worse. On one of my recent orders a few of the blinds that arrived to me were the wrong size and said "blinds.com" on them, not Blindsgalore. They did replace these. But several of the shades from this order have already had the pulls break off. Shameful quality. On my last order, electric cellular shades, the shades don't operate correctly and can not be reprogrammed. Blindsgalore says there is a warranty for these however it is from the manufacturer and they won't help me with the manufacturer who does not want to replace their blinds. We HATE the shutters. They let in very little light. We'd have to keep them open all the time which also looks very bad and was not the intention. We can't return them, we can't exchange them. Worst $1,500+ ever spent. Not sure what we'll do with them. Pray that there's someone out there with our window sizes who wants very poorly designed, yet very pricey shutters. HUGE REGRET.

Would not buy from Blindsgalore. Their QA is terrible. Missing 3 valances and one was the wrong size. Customer service is non-existant. Nobody calls you back and only one person can look at your order.
