There are more than 60 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau, claiming mixups in orders, poor quality products, and misinformation from customer service. Blinds did not arrive any where near the estimated date provided by Blinds Blind was shipped Fed Ex and diverted to Walgreens for pick up Blinds used Covid as an excuse not to accept e mail nor to answer their phone unless you wait on hold or supply a call back number. Left call back number and call wasn't returned until 6 hours after first contact Does that mean I had to wait on hold for 6 hours? unacceptable Call customer assistance again--message said they were not accepting any mores for the day because of Covid. My experience with this company was stellar until the time of the install. We had someone come out and measure, we selected our blinds on the site, and the blinds arrived- all on time as promised! However, now we are experiencing horrible customer service. Our Blinds.com rep won't help us and the local installer keeps flaking out and will not respond. It is obvious this company makes their money on the order and not on the install, which is why we are left with no one assisting us.....Ouch. Such bad customer service. I ordered blinds on 5/27/20 with estimated July 1 shipping. It arrived in Cincinnati on July 5 according to the tracking number. It still shows that but they still haven't been delivered to me. I called last week and was told I would receive an email within 24 hours letting me know the status and nothing ever came until 7/21 in the form of a reorder of my blinds. With a reorder this will be 4 months from order placement which is outrageous. I would have expected to be contacted if the shipment was damaged and possibly given an option of a refund with cancellation. Making me wait an additional 2 months is crazy.

Took over 2 and 1/2 months to get, and yes I ordered during the pandemic but they sent me an e-mail say it would be 3 weeks. Size of blind is 3/4" to small length is OK, and color was fine. One set was missing the control rod. Never in my life did I think that they could even make aluminum blinds out of aluminum foil paper. Don't waste your time or your money, they charge you credit card BUT REFUSE TO EVER TELL you what is going on with your order, and put you on hold for over an hour.

Order some blinds back in Feb before Covid. They are top down, bottom up style. Two sets, both no longer work. The spring has gone bad or something. That's fine to have an issue, but here's the kicker. THEY HAVE TURNED OFF ALL MEANS OF COMMUNICATING WITH THEM. Call them and their message is due to Covid they have stopped accepting calls. No email contact us form. Talk about poor customer service that I have to write a review in hopes of getting some sort of warranty claim started. Buyer be ware.

Hi There, I understand the whole situation with COVID but I want ask better updates about my oder. Called several times call center and nobody answer. I have purchased on June 15th and website says it’s in production for a long time. Almost two months for a simple roller black out. Can you please give me options ? The worst customer service ever. Impossible cot speak to a live person, called 6 times over 4 days. Left call back number, no call back. Today message said, not accepting calls, we are too busy. Not accepting emails.

It is August 8th and my May 27th Blinds.com order is STILL not shipped and there is no ship date assigned yet. I had no idea the severe delivery issues Blinds.com is experiencing when I placed the order. My order is only for 4 blinds. I have ordered from Blinds.com in the past and did not have any severe delivery issues.

I've purchased quite a bit of window blinds from this company with great satisfaction. However, this is no longer the case. Blinds.com will give you the corona virus special---longer procrastination and computer generated messages redundantly. If you can't deliver the goods, why take the take my order? Email? Yeah right! This company has no empathy towards the customer--take your money and run! I will no longer deal with a hogwash company! You just lost a valuable customer and you will definitely see a snowball effect as a result.

I placed order 4/23/20, 3 were shipped 5/15/20 so my account could be debited. Then the delivery date was 6/24-6/29 sent email the reply was they are in production and it would be 8/15/20. I am lacking six blinds!!!. I have ask for pick up of the three that were sent and a full refund. Will wait for response and comment further.
