If new infestations occur between scheduled visits, Western Pest guarantees that we will: Take immediate action to correct the pest problem at no additional charge. We will respond the same day if you call before noon, or by the end of the next business day if you call between noon and 5:00 p.m. If we do not meet these response times, Western guarantees that your next month’s service is free. Schedule follow-up pest control services to address the presence of: 3 or more cockroaches – weekly until resolved. 2 or more mice – weekly until resolved. 1 or more rats (inside or out) – every other day until resolved. If we do not resolve a recurring pest problem to your satisfaction, we will, at your request, refund all monies paid under the current contract up to one year. If a federal, state, county, or city regulatory official cites your establishment for a cockroach or rodent infestation, Western will pay the fine up to $10,000.00. Our Quality Assurance Department will assist you through the process, negotiating with health authorities to resolve any related compliance matter… at no charge. As long as you are actively participating in your commercial pest control program as outlined, you are always fully protected by Western’s pest control guarantee. Client Satisfaction Procedures and Conditions You are entitled to the benefits of the Western Guarantee providing that payment of all Western invoices is current and that you are in compliance with Western’s Good Housekeeping Standards and any supplemental recommendations as provided by Western. Call or fax the local Western office which services your account for any covered pest sightings requiring immediate attention. Any claims for the next month’s free service for failure by Western to respond within 24 hours must be made by fax or mail within 48 hours by the client. Should Western fail to solve any recurring, covered pest problem to your satisfaction and you wish to cancel the agreement and/or request a refund, the client must notify Western of its intent to cancel as outlined in our addendum “Provisions for Cancellation During First Year.” If a federal, state, county or city regulatory official cites your establishment for a cockroach or rodent infestation, Western will pay the fine up to $10,000.00. In order to activate this guarantee, you, the client, must notify Western immediately and let us talk to the inspector. In addition, you must provide us with a copy of the specific report. Infestation definitions for cockroaches and rodents are as follows: Rodents (rats or mice) – more that two rodents per 1,000 square feet of facility. Cockroaches – more than two groups (or clusters) per 1,000 square feet of facility. A group or cluster is defined as 20 or more roaches in a two square foot area.
