Beware! This company is a complete joke. I called regarding a pest problem about 2 years ago and was talked into a maintenance plan they offer. At first we were ok with the service. Eventually we started realizing that any technician that seemed competent only lasted a short time. I would call to request certain workers, when a maintenance treatment would come up. They'd let me know that the person was no longer with the company. I'd be assured that they would send someone capable. Most techs. sent were lazy and very uninterested in dealing with the problems at hand.
