I'm very satisfied with my walk-in shower. I had no serious issues from start to finish. It is pricey! Ample color choices and NO MORE TILE TO CLEAN!! No dirty construction mess, job complete in 1.5 days. I will most likely use them again for my 2nd bathroom.
Worst consumer experience of my life. The contract I signed on the sales reps tablet was not what I was emailed later. Rebath would not honor what I was promised because the only proof was on their tablet. After 3 months and $14,000 I have an entirely plastic bathroom and an unusable shower. Any complaint about timing, materials, or quality of work was written off as buyers remorse. Funny how I have remodeled my entire house including kitchen, 2 bathrooms, roof, siding, windows, and more and my only remorse has been using Rebath!
I contracted with Re-Bath thru Josh a few weeks ago. His visit went very well as he was prepared to answer all questions and was professional in his presentation of the Re-Bath product line. I decided to review him prior to installation. I will review again during and after to let you all know if the rest of the process is as good as the salesman.

Excellent! From start to finish Re-Bath did a great job on our old bathroom . Josh and Chris from the Providence office worked so hard and stayed until the job was complete and we were happy. Their foreman John worked right along side of them, making sure everything was perfect. They were professional, courteous and very efficient and cleaned up as the worked too! I would recommend this Team to anyone looking for an old bathroom remodel. 10 Stars!
Re Bath came highly recommended by a family member. We put our trust in them and contracted with ReBath. We have made several complaints about the shower floor popping noise and the that the shower shelves do not drain. I took copious notes when the sales man was at our house and things we were told were not done. I also take offense to the fact that after spending 35000.00 on a remodel, the cheapest shower heasd was put in and that was after we complained that the shower head was not the type promised. We hired re Bath to remove the original builder installed bath and glass doors. A few days after completion I noticed that the glass on the door was much too thin and so we contacted the local office in Washington state and complained. They said that someone would get back to us. I followed up several time but up to now 3-4 weeks later we have had no communication from them, Obviously they are not interested in customer satisfaction;
Placed a full bath remodel order with ReBath on September 01, 2021, with two key understandings: 1. The remodel would be complete and ready for family holiday vacation in November 2021, and 2. The service quality level was guaranteed by a bank that would stand behind me if there were any items not meeting expectations. I did some quick research online, asked others who i knew had used this company and found glowing reviews, so I signed their contract. Within one week, the nightmare began. Tim Stewart of Re-Bath did an outstanding job installing my new shower. He arrived on time each day, was professional, answered all my questions and was very professional. I highly recommend using Re-Bath. They installed a new shower for my husband approximately 6 months ago and it was another great job done!
Will change review to 4 stars if they make it right regarding the wall cabinet. Had two bathrooms totally redone by Rebath, they began work on a Monday. The first four nights we stayed in hotel as they started on our master bath, we were prepared to stay through the entire remodel. By Thursday we were told we could use the master shower, main bath completely torn apart, we decided to come home. There was a problem with cabinet over the toilet, shoddy painting and patch work. Rebath stated they would replace, it would be remade. Placed a full bathroom remodel order December 2020 & bathroom is still not completed. Several issues caused its delay. The most recent is the shower glass door cut wrong and the slab around the tub cut wrong. Items are on order, and could take months to fix. Every time I call for an update, the rep is on the phone, on vacation, or out of the office. This is EVERY time I’ve called since December. The response is always the same. We are extremely pleased with our bathroom turned into a walk-in shower. Initially there was a hiccup when the measurements for the shower pan were incorrect and the project was delayed. However, Production Manager Duane Dawson graciously compensated us with an upgrade in our project. He was extremely understanding, cordial, and professional. Nick & Logan were the 1st team to start on our project but took ill and a new team of Mike Cross and John Carrey took over. Nick & Logan did incredible work. Need a new bathroom? Need your tub replaced with a walk-in shower? There's no need to go any farther than Re-Bath folks! I'm not easy to please and yet Steve and Vance (Cedar Rapids) did the impossible. I couldn't be happier with my new bathroom. We were kept informed and called into the room when a decision was needed. They efficiently completed the transformation in 2 days as promised just prior to the arrival of our out-of-state company. And clean-up??? Never have I had a company show care/concern for my house. They left it spotless - no sawdust, debris anywhere. I went to the basement to clean-up after they left the first day.. I started working with Re-Bath recently and have never been more pleased. Greg and Alan have been incredible as a design team. Today Roy Bainbridge and Duane Dawson came out to do precision measurements. They then sat down with me and gave me feedback, including the need to have my termite company come out and do a treatment. I am very impressed with their professionalism and highly recommend them.
Rebath arrived yesterday near 9am, Sam and James demoed the tile shower, walls and floor, carrying hundreds of lbs of weight down the stairs in rubbermaid totes, then down the front step to their truck. They cleaned as the went and once all the tile, vanity and fixtures were gone, the bath looked so large. Then Sam asked me to come up so I see the floor under the tile shower, it was already leaking, unbeknownst to us and it was just a matter of time before it ruined the downstairs ceiling. He made sure I could see the NEW footprint he had drawn on the floor and I approved the new closet size and door.... very small door. We just received our remodel on our shower. Our on site installers were Mark and Casey. They did a phenomenal job! We could not be more pleased with the end results. Our home was built in the 50's, We had to have the tub removed and renovated with shower platform and sandstone walls. It looks better than the showroom. Though we haven't done a complete bathroom remodel at this time we are anxious to complete the rest of the bathroom with Rebath. Thanks again to Mark and Casey, you guys did a great job! I came to know Re-Bath through Lowes in the South Philadelphia store after inquiring about a tub-to -shower conversion. The process from Tracy B. in the sales department to Victor and his team in the Installation department proved to be a very smooth one. Tracy was most helpful in suggesting color and hardware design as well as explaining the demolition and installation process. Victor and his team arrived on schedule and completed the job in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. My wife and I were very satisfied with the finished product and would unhesitatingly recommend Re-Bath to our friends and neighbors.

Will not recommend Re-bath of Southwest Virginia because to make a very long story short, my 3-5 day stand up shower remodel is 2 months in and is not finished. Poor work, poor customer service and a poor company. They lie to you as to what they can do because they do not know how to do demolition on old work and not destroy everything around it in the process even though they tell you they "do it all the time" so don't believe that lie. They leave you with holes in your walls and destroyed tile. They will not return your phone calls and they will not complete a job. At this point I think I am going to have to hire someone else to fix their mess.
We had a bathtub and sink with vanity installed. They did a good job on the tub, except we had to keep after them about some of the details. However, they made a mistake measuring for the vanity, so the one they brought was too big. As they had already pulled out our old sink, and messed up the pipes, we had to do without an upstairs bathroom sink for over a month until they could get a new vanity from Arizona. When they ordered the base they should have ordered a new proper sized top to go with it. Instead they just used the too long top they had by cutting it off a couple of inches on one end. These guys are crooks. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING materials. They came to our house and went over a bunch of options including a new shower head and facet. We signed a contract and put a set date on it. They charged our credit card through HOME DEPOT who had referred them for the full amount in advance. Well the day they were supposed to start the work came and I had taken the day off to be there. They did not show up. I called them twice, once at 9AM and another time at 10AM. We came into contact with ReBath of Lake Villa, IL through Home Depot, which is called Modern ReBath here. The designer lady Amy came to our house several times and made good impression with my wife. Amy requested for the plumber to come out, I informed him of the leaky pipes below, he said to replace them all. On the day of drafting a contract, Amy had a note pad, we downgraded from a steam shower and tile surround, to their ssp product for a new shower. Small shower with everything else extra. She put the basement plumbing into an allowance, I want to say $3000, she said that should be enough to fix everything. Rebath of Southwest Virginia just finished our bathroom remodel today (9-5-18). Gordan was an excellent installer and we are very pleased with the work that was done and the materials used. We live in a forty-six year old English Tudor type home that needed an update to this bathroom. Gordan started the job on Monday, August 27. Now we simply need to paint our original cabinet and walls in complementary colors and probably replace the medicine cabinets with new mirrors.
