The process starts with the staff at McHale's KBA visiting the customer for a complimentary design consultation. It is followed by a showroom visit to select all the materials. Once the choice is made and all materials are inspected, within 5-7 days the project manager and part of the crew visit the customer for a preview conference. The customer then receives a realistic estimated start and completion date. McHale's also promises to be with the client from start to finish and to protect his or her home during the process. According to management, the job is only completed when the client is satisfied.
