Product is good, but the service is not matched what we paid. We installed in July and since the beginning, we had to follow up to make sure the office actually scheduled a date for the shower glass installation. We signed our contract at the end of May, so it was somewhat disappointed that we had to make sure there is a date set for installation. After that, we had a minor corner linking between the shower glass and the wall. We also had a problem when their worker installed the new bathroom sink sets, they didn't tell us the new faucet head underneath the sink is too big that you would not be able to turn it because of the wall next to it. They measured the glass for our shower but then claimed it was our fault because we signed they contract that their salesman presented us with that he did the measuring. How did we know he did not measure it correctly we trusted he knew what he was doing. When they put it in we told the installers that it was the wrong size and they said we had to take it up with the company Luxury Bath. When we called them they said for #1000.00 more they would put the right size in. We are in our late 70's and we feel they took advantage of us. We are not contractors and did not know that the measurements were wrong on the glass till they put it in. Their 100% satisfaction doesn't mean any thing.... Read More
