They measured the glass for our shower but then claimed it was our fault because we signed they contract that their salesman presented us with that he did the measuring. How did we know he did not measure it correctly we trusted he knew what he was doing. When they put it in we told the installers that it was the wrong size and they said we had to take it up with the company Luxury Bath. When we called them they said for #1000.00 more they would put the right size in. We are in our late 70's and we feel they took advantage of us. We are not contractors and did not know that the measurements were wrong on the glass till they put it in. Their 100% satisfaction doesn't mean any thing.... Read More
