Scam mlm company that markets to unsuspecting seniors for financial extortion. Initially you get about 599 phone calls until you finally let them send a rep over. That should be red flag number 1. Then they send a seemingly nice person trained to deceive seniors for financial gain to give you a fancy presentation with a requirement to sign right that moment. Then you sign a contract for financing with absolutely no written terms for a subpar loan that is outrageously different than the terms verbally given to you which you find out way later after your check is cashed. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Leaf Home Solutions. I initially paid a substantial $3,000 deposit for a bathroom shower remodel, expecting a level of professionalism and communication that would match the size of the investment. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite their eagerness to accept my deposit, Leaf Home Solutions failed miserably in delivering on their promises. My Husband and I just had a walk-in shower installed by Leaf Home safety solutions and I would like to say that they bent over backwards to make sure we was happy and satified. I won't say that there wasn't problems at first but once the problems where The installer was meticulous with his work. There was not a flaw in anything he did. We could not be any more satisfied. His name is Zai Yancey, be sure to request him. As for Leaf Homes they made sure it is exactually what you want and that it is perfect. I would recommend them definitely.....
Leaf Home Safety Solutions installed a shower for me several months ago at a reasonable price. The installation was done in one day, but the caulking job was apparently rushed and done sloppily. I've followed up with multiple phone calls to resolve the issue. On each call, I was told that someone would contact me to schedule an appointment. Ultimately, a staff member visited my home to view the problem, took photos, and promised that someone would be in touch with me soon to schedule an appointment to re-caulk. Issue with starting the work. We signed an agreement on 8/30/2022. The following week the installer came out to confirm the measurements. The next contact from LHSS was at the end of November while we were traveling. The person indicated they needed some additional information regarding the existing dimensions. I told him we would be back December 1st. Did not hear back from anyone at the company for the entire month of December. We started calling the company at the beginning of January. After numerous calls by my wife and I and many promises of an e-mail update, we have yet to receive any updates. At this point I just want my deposit back. Five months is long enough.
After cancelling twice, our 2 day job started on Thur and now won’t be completed until Tue, a week and a half later, guess they can’t get the subcontractor to come back before Tue.

Although my bathroom is not yet complete and hopefully everything will be corrected, but as of right now I am not a happy camper. Everyone involved with this project was told I wanted the shower 32” wide, contractor made it 26” wide, so now the shower head is off centered. The panels were supposed to go to the ceiling and they aren’t. The project was rescheduled twice, was told it would take two days but looks like it’s going to be two and a half. It would have gotten done in two days if the contractor would have worked more than 4 hours the first day. It seemed the contractor did not get all the information of what I wanted from the construction manager.
We just had a consultant in to give us an estimate. He was cordial and answered our questions. We were provided with three different quotes. Once we shared we had researched other companies and shared their quotes the representative started to negotiate with us. Price went from $18,200 to $12,200 if we signed contract before he left our home. After he called his “boss,” price went to $8,200.
I refuse to do business with a company that does the - I will give you our best price today but once I walk away that price expires. “Take the deal now since I will not be returning” We’re not buying a used car. Extremely disappointed.
The salesman, Nick, was very knowledgeable regarding all the products and he is the reason I bought the system. The installer, Norm has a work ethic that is second to none. Norm worked constantly and his workmanship is just jaw dropping. Because of Norm's careful attention to detail, I have the most beautiful bathroom. I could not be more satisfied. If you are thinking of having this improvement done to your bathroom but are kinda on the fence; I can tell you from being in the same spot you are in to jump in and get this bathroom improvement done. It took 6 mo of no return calls missed appointments missed work and pay then scrapped paint off my wall put hole in another wall and scraped up the door way leaving splinters they did put putty in the hole leaving me to fix that unsightly wall Now the chair lift doesn’t work and as usual I am getting no repair person to call or make an appointment How can you treat senior citizens like this have you no conscious. I just purchased my home and it had a very deep jetted tub which I couldn’t get into. The presentation from Tyler was great! I signed to have a walk-in shower installed. Chase the construction mgr came to verify everything. Then the construction crew came to do demo and install. They took care with making sure I was not inconvenienced. Clean up from construction was done. WOW is all I can say I love my new shower. Thank you Leaf Home Safety Solutions.

Would like to say everything fine, however found a few gaps along the top, lower left side, also need sealing along floor. Called twice 9/7 & 9/12 second call spoke to project mgr. Leo Godley sgill waiting today is 10/4. Like to add they ran into a problem & did worked out a solution. LH
I cannot comment on the quality of the workmanship offered by this company, but I do know a lot about trying to get them to complete their end of the contract. We signed the contract on 3/17/21. They promised to complete the project by Memorial Day. They later promised completion by the end of June. They later gave a firm date of July 17. In between we called 12 times with only one call back. They never said why they did not do the walk in shower remodel. We are now in the process of trying to get our deposit back and cancel the contract. We had the tub removed and walk in shower installed. Rob and Evan did the install. It turned out beautiful. They worked long hours and worked hard for two days. There was a problem with the shower track not staying put but Rob came back to fix it. I would recommend Rob to be the installer on anyone's job. He is a perfectionist and does great work. We love the walk in shower. From Danny & Donna.
I was so mislead by salesman. Purchased shower because I was guaranteed not to have to scrub mold and mildew on a daily basis. After several service calls to replace caulk due to black mold. Now they wont return my service calls. I will be taking them to small claims
The follow up and service was great until the money was paid. The tub that got installed never worked and I can't even get someone to call back. Let alone get the very expensive unit to work for a first use. Don't believe their hype!
I recently (Mar 2021) had a tub-to-shower job done by their Charlotte NC facility and less than 2 weeks later I started calling, texting, and messaging them to get some problems fixed. One of the shelves came down, there's rust running down the back wall from one of the grab bars, and there was extensive damage done to adjacent walls in the main bathroom and in the master bath. It turns out the damage occurred when the installer, who didn't bother to cut out the old cast iron tub, just beat it with a sledge until it broke apart. We needed a quick turnaround on remodeling our downstairs bathroom to put in a safe stand up shower for my mother who has broken bones in her spine. She was in extreme pain and was not allowed to do any stairs. We went online to find a company and Leaf called us back immediately and set up a same day free estimate. We liked what Brad presented and the work was completed in three days because of the urgency needed for my mother. The final results were impressive in quality, safety, and a very professional and personable installation team. Leaf delivered on everything promised and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a quality bathroom remodel.

I recently Had a stair lift installed in my 95 year old mother’s home. Brett, the sales rep, was most pleasant and answered all our questions. His primary concern was mother’s safety. He was straightforward and did not try to pressure us. This stairlift cost a bit more than others we had looked into, but the fact that Leaf stairlift came with a lifetime warranty and readily accessible service was a major selling feature. I would give them a rating of zero if I could. It's hard to give them any rating when the company was not able to give me a written estimate for a shower replacement project either when they were at my home or by email (as they promised). I even called them a week later to inquire about the estimate and with no response. Major red flags here.
