First, its wide assortment of kitchen and bath accessories, sinks, and (of course) faucets includes more than 200 high-quality brands along with free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Second, its extensive training of customer service representatives allows them to really know their products and be able to guide customers appropriately. This approach is certainly paying off for them - consumer reviews are largely positive, with many offering plenty of praise for its customer service and sharing stories about reps going above and beyond what they needed to do to help. Another plus in their column: their multiple distribution centers which allows them to ship quickly and cheaply, even when it comes to large items like vanities or tubs. As to the drawbacks, unlike some other online retailers, eFaucets does not offer its own warranty, limiting itself to the manufacturer's (generally) one-year warranty. Despite this, given its competitive pricing for items and shipping, high-quality selection, and glowing customer reviews, eFaucets remains a go-to choice for bath and kitchen fixtures.
