I paid more than $2,500 for new bathtub only. After they put the new bathtub in, they didn't put the glass door back in right and water is coming outside my bathtub and dripping into floor in my bathroom. They came three time, and they couldn't fix it. They never call me back to see if the problem is fixed. Please careful with their job because they are not profession.
shit company they broke all my tile floor and left me with the job I had a stroke and they expect me to fix it I would less than recomend them to do anything
Bath Fitters June 22, 2023. I am pleading for help. Bath Fitters is no longer commuting with me. I want this resolved. They bring up the fact my son signed the contract. I told Bath Fitters that is true but I am paying for the work. I live in Phoenix Az. Bathfitter may be Ok if you're just getting a new tub over the old one. For anything else, they're terrible. First they set some sticky pads on the hall hardwood floor that tore off the finish. They never repaired that for us. Then they destroyed my beautiful jacuzzi tub and put in a horrible monstrosity. Instead of having the new tub centered in the space, as the old one was, they built out this ugly shelf, and scrunched the tub against the wall. Also, I was never happy with the look of the stand alone shower in that bathroom either, but it's gotten worse over time. They gurantee their products are mold and mildew free. Scottie came out a couple of weeks ago to change our tub into a shower. He had the tub and old walls down in no time. However he came across a problem when cutting off the main water, the knob to the main shut-off broke off. Scottie was very helpful and patience while we tried to get a plumber out to replace the old one. Unfortunately we couldn't get anyone out until later in the day so Scottie packed up and said he would come back the next day (Friday) if everything was fix . Unfortunately he informed us he wouldn't be able to come back until Monday and apologized for the inconvenience. Monday Scottie came back and finished up in just a few hours. Project was to convert 50 yr old cast iron base tub to a custom walk in shower. Barry from Bath Fitters was the installer who removed the old tub with surrounding ceramic tile then prepared the floor and walls to attach the acrylic panels. Barry was obviously skilled in every aspect of the project since he single handed completed the conversion in about 12 hours, including sawing components to fit and soldering plumbing. When finished the large shower is showroom quality .
