Been trying to access the web console, initially to renew and add additional license for phone and laptop, but password didn't work. No problem, just do a password reset. The only issue is the link never comes to my email. Now the renewal spam is there constantly, but nothing for the password reset. No worries, just get on the customer service portal and send a message, if someone has taken the account out, I should be able to get support to help me work this out. I got one auto FAQ telling me to sign in, or request a password reset. Well maybe I wasn't clear, so I sent another. then another, then another; no response after the first one. it make a laptop run slow and fan run all time it on or being used
Bought this software. Have to peel off the product code. The product code ripped and I couldn't read it. Called customer support. Spoke to Alan. Extremely rude. Cussed at me, when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, Alan, said there was no manager or supervisor he was the owner of the company. Very lousy customer service. Don't buy.

But I was faced issue with this because is it not work with MS OneNote Cloud service. Don't bother! I just spent most of my afternoon trying to get it on my iPhone and iPad.
Event the supposed tech couldn't get it done. I finally told him I can't be bothered with this crap called software.
Good luck if you waste your money on this.
