Truly Nolen Termite Control review
This company is AWESOME! Very friendly and helpful staff. They came over and sprayed inside for all bugs and rodents, they came back every other day to check on things. They did a very thorough job. They explained everything that they were going to do and kept in contact with me about progress. They even let me know that they went over and sanitized after they were done. If there are any problems we find after the fact they will come back for free! Terminix wanted to charge me more than twice what they did, said we had termites but would not tell us where ,I would have to pay extra for that. A big shout out to Ed and Michael at the Lakeland business! I would recommend Truly Nolen to anyone, I will be staying with them.

Purchased $1,100. Termite area treatment Service from Fort Lauderdale Truly Nolan in 2013. Truly Nolan admits to mailing repeated renewal notices to Florida rental property service address rather than property owners Georgia mailing address. Result was property owner never receiving renewal billing. Now, several years later, termite reinfestation has occurred. . Very poor customer service. Y Truly Nolan and a seeming attempt by Truly Nolan to avoid continuous coverage on the less effective non tenting termite treatment. Would not recommend Truly Nolan because at a minimum, sloppy, sloppy administration; Possibly worse if they are intentionally avoiding maintaining continuous termite coverage and only collecting the large initial service fee.
