This Site is a SCAM! They told me I was being being "followed" by a "Revenue officer" and I needed to pay Community Tax $6,000 for them to intervene. After calling the Department of Revenue myself I was told that all field agents we're not "following" people around due to covid-19. I have also NOT received ANY letters from the Department of Revenue stating that I am being investigated which I was told would be the first course of action. I also called Equifax and found out that Community Tax and their lending agency Castle Credit Company did a hard pull on my credit WITHOUT my permission for the $6,000 I have reported them to my local police station and the FBI. I had nick Carrera help me and he was completely unprofessional . Big chip on his shoulder . They lure you with a lot of terminology and confuse you to there connivence also tricked me into signing docs to run credit checks (hard inquires) after making it clear I didn’t want to apply for loans . There customer service dept is also just as bad ! I wish I could give zero stars . A lot of stuff they do you can do yourself it’s better to just get a CPA to help you . Please don’t do what I did and ignore the bad reviews
