They never return calls. Long lead times for service. A real problem if you can't use your chairlift for two weeks. It is a reoccurring issue.
Brand new stair lift installed in April 2021. Paid over $4500. Unfortunately, our father died in mid June 2021. Called about their Buy-Back Program. Offered us only $200 after 2 months of use.
I do not recommend them at all and feels like they just are just taking advantage of our unfortunate situation.
We had a Bruno lift installed August of 2018. The lift that was supposed to be customized for our home did not fit and we had to make adjustments to our home to accommodate the lift. My husband has Parkinson's and the lift is a medical necessity. The 101 Mobility franchise that installed the lift is now out of business and even though the main office knew of it for several months we were never notified. We are now left with no one to service the lift and the main office says they will not honor the warranty. Do not trust this company they obviously have no ethics and take advantage of those who are most vulnerable.
We have had a Summit lift now for about years. We do not have issues with the lift but there is a serious issue with service for the lift itself. There are only to companies here in a region that includes almost six million people. One is in Galveston. One is in Northwest Houston. My lift as been "on the fritz" now for almost a week. Yesterday the guy who runs the place in Galveston (we live close to NASA) came down. Because the lift started working again after he arrived he said he couldn't analyze the problem because he could only figure out what was wrong with it if it was not working.
