Their website is awful. It took me several attempts to create a new account then when I went to make my first deposit. once I was able to get registered after several attempts, when I went to make my first deposit, somehow the site made 2 withdrawals to my bank and I got charged and overdraft fee. I think it was the first time in my entire life that I was charged and overdraft fee. I called them and they refused to take responsibility and did not credit me for it. I am a software engineer who builds websites so I'm not exactly a novice user who doesn't know how to work or website.
