Live Well has been taking money from my principal(which you much request so it will be added to load balance) the only money we took was offered to us it was $29,000. I started paying down some of the borrowed principle a total of over $10,000. Two months ago they added $35,000 to my principal money I never received bringing my principal balance to 380,000 the original amount was for $260,000. The didn't even give me credit for the money we were trying to pay off. Something is VERY WRONG with Live Well. They added a total of over $100,000. to our principal that we have to pay back - but NEVER received this money for any reason.

My loan officer-Mr. Tom Calder and his assistant-Ms. Amy Golomb were simply amazing. I received a super deal and the process went very smoothly and very fast. If you are looking for a reverse mortgage, I very highly recommend that you call Tom. I promise that you will not be disappointed. He is a class act- a straight shooter and a stand -up guy. I called 50 companies and Mr. Calder along with Amy were awesome and was able to structure a super deal for me. I was not paid in any way, shape, or form for this review.
