This company is a HUGE rip-off! After creating your resume you are then prompted to make a payment which initially was no big deal because I paid less than 10$ for it only for a month to pass by and my card was charged 24.95 plus tax for a membership that was not clearly stated when purchasing my resume. I immediately contacted the customer service department (which is a huge joke btw) and they were ONLY allowed to reimburse me for half of what was paid although I had not signed back into the account since my initial purchase. What a crock of BS. All these nicely canned responses you see on this review site from their "reps" and all other review sites are PR garbage. To put it clearly, there is no indication at all that this service costs you anything until you have already spent hours creating your resume. I agree with all the negative reviews. Awful company!!! total scammers they just keep charging your credit card after you cancel. Been looking them up and they are on scam fighters.net. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my credit card And get a new one reissued. What a joke!!!!
Scam artist!!! terrible experience .the subscription was cancelled in the period of their free trial but they still charged my credit card for $34.85 twice!
I have the same issue. These people have been charging my account when I already cancelled my account. For 3 MONTHS. They change their name too which is shady!
A horrible experience from start to finish. I loaded my resume, and it's computer generated program completely scrambled it. I then requested and paid for a "tune-up" and again, the final result was a scrambled mess, outlining jobs I never had, and cutting three-quarters of my resume. I sent the "writer" an email, and received nothing back after 3 days. When I phoned to complain and seek a resolution, they said they would reach out to the writer and get it resolved. Its a lie. I used this service for 13 days. Logged on and canceled my subscription. Boom next day they charged my credit card. WARNING THIS IS A SCAM. THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFO!!!!
Got scammed into a monthly membership. Who needs this type of service??? You create a resume and go get a job. Why would anyone need an ongoing monthly service unless you are a company that does resume's for other people. What a joke. I paid $3 for a template, which is a rip off anyway. Then I get the monthly charge. Bam!! I never signed up, never got an e-mail and certainly never agreed to a monthly service. Bad business!!
I canceled my subscription multiple times and charges keep being put onto my card. This is a scam do not use this website.

I have been charged for months for this service that I needed once. I’ve called to cancel & each time they say that the card number has been cancelled but it continues to be charged. I would not EVER pay for this service!
**FAKE NEWS** No free resumes anywhere on this site! The site advertised FREE Resumes, so I was all for it! I completed a solid resume and was told I had to pay $1.95. I was pretty mad that a FREE resume ended up being $1.95, but I entered in my card number anyway. Only to be charged $1.00 then $.95 AND a lovely $24.99! Luckily, I received an email confirming my $1.95 charge; no $24.99. I was unaware that I was signing up for a $24.99 charge every 4 weeks. Why would anyone in their right mind sign up for this?! I tried the services and did not want it. I called to cancel and they didn't cancel my account. Now they have charged me $24.99 for the next month's service. I called today to see why they charged me and get my $24.99 when I had called to to cancel. They said I did't call and so they billed me for this next month's service. I asked for my $24.90 back and he said all he could give me back is $12.00 pro-rated. I'm turning this company in as a FRAUD web site and and filing with my Attorney's General office.
They do not have the proper categories that I found on other web sites to keep up with the newest resumes. I was not impressed at all.
I have been charged 24.99 a month and trying to take this off my card. Ridiculous scam! I'm going to change my bank card. Was told 1.99 and got taken for months before I realized what they had been doing for one template.
Scam.com do not even go on their website. Fraud. They take a one time 2 dollars and then a liftime of 25 dollors monlthy that you dont see.
These people are frauds...stay away, charged my account for 18 months for one time fee of 1.95
They made me pay to download my resume when they advertise as free and then they billed me way more than what the website says the subscription even is. On top of that, they make it impossible to unsubscribe and force you to go all over the website to look for something that isn't even there
This is the worst company I have ever seen. I only bought their resume template for a few days and canceled right away. They just secretly subscribe me to their monthly programme without letting me know. I was been charged for two years without knowing it until recently. If you ever used their product, check your bank account to see if you they are still charging you. It's 1000% FRAUD!!!! And they refused to refund or help at all. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
holy cow, i too got screwed not that i'm remembering it correctly. I guess it should be a warning sign when a web site doenst have any kind of cost structure fee's or guidelines posted anywhere ...tried 2 week ""free"" trial got nothing -got charged 44$ a week later. Awesome . Thanks Resume Crap
This company has no interest in helping the customer. I thought I was paying for one time service but then they started charging $26 per month. When I spoke to their customer service the guy was very defensive and didn't let me speak. It doesn't make sense for them to charge for $26 per month for templates. The customer service guy argued that they are more than just templates that they help you find a job. I told if they were more than templates then I would be able to see their value or at least as a company they would advertise their value. I had the same issue as everyone else, thought I was purchasing a template and was charged $25 a month for several months. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Not only that I tried to leave a review on another site and they reported it 4 times in an effort to keep it off. Be very Leary of the 9/10 it took me nearly 2 weeks to have mine reinstated.
