Dont buy. Terrible customer service. And the program was good years ago. Now a load of crap.
THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO PAY ME PUNITIVE DAMAGES FOR INVASION OF PRIVACY WITHOUT MY CONSENT, AND AFTER ACCEPTED SERVICE OF MY LAWSUIT. THE CASE LAW IS CLEAR, AND I WANT MY PUNITIVE DAMAGES NOW PER THE CASE LAW, WHERE WEB WATCHERS AGREES TO ' CONCEED' FOR MY VICTIMIZATION OF THIS DANGEROUS SPYWARE, AND STALKING OF MY CHILDREN TO EXPLOIT MY AWARDED ASSETS. CHILD TRAFFICKING!
DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR TRY IT RISK FREE POLICY. I WAS UNABLE TO EVEN GET IT DOWNLOADED ONTO MY CHILDS PHONE AND THEY STILL WOULDN'T REFUND ANYTHING. I CONTACTED THEM IMMEDIATELY --WITHIN HOURS OF PURCHASING-- AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES
Webwatcher does not work. They falsely advertise that you will be able to use this software without having the jailbreak the phone, which is inaccurate. The link they send to download the software does not work. Customer service will not issue a refund. The "risk free" trial is a lie. This company is a SCAM do not waste your money.
There is no "free trial. I followed the instructions and my security software kept removing it. A tech went through, got it installed as well. As soon as the computer was restarted the security software removed it. I don't like creating the security "exceptions" that creates security vulnerabilities on the machine especially since I wanted to help protect by monitoring a vulnerable person's computer activity. The company fought like hell to keep the money. Beware of dealing with this company and read the fine print. For the most part, if you buy it (a year)and it breaks in half, you get to keep both halves.
Look elsewhere. Webwatcher is very limited in what you can see. They do have a screenshot feature that just takes screenshots at certain intervals on child's phone however these are also limited and they want you to buy more when the allotment you get with your license runs out...and these run out fast...especially the more your kid is on the phone. Does not watch snap chat properly, only shows you who they are talking to, doesn't show you what they are sending, receiving, or even what they are chatting about. Oh and their 7 day "risk free" offer is a scam. Once you hit that pay button, you are stuck with them. They only offer a refund if the app "doesn't work as intended". Not if... Read More
I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. Bought and installed the product. It worked for 1 day. Then it stopped working. I contacted Customer Support and they re-issued my license and had me uninstall and re-install. I did that and it didn't work. I did that twice and it didn't work. When I purchased they offered a 7 day trial. At 6 days (after it only working for 1 single day) I reached out to customer support (again) and filed a case for a refund. I actually ended up filling 2 cases. They told me they would issue me a refund. A week later when I did not see any refund on my credit card I contacted them and they said that I was not elligible for a refund. WHAT... Read More
Not Trusted! The best decision I made was messaging DARINADLER1 on Instagram, eventually got the Spy and Monitoring I wanted..
The site is a total scam. They have a 72 hour refund only policy, despite charging you annually.
They make it EXTREMELY difficult to cancel your account. You can't call, you submit a support ticket; but they will not honor the cancellation and try to talk you into 'fixing the software' which then goes past the 72 hour limit.
You'll eventually need to file a chargeback and get your refund.
This is a scam site that feeds off of people that just don't want the hassle of processing refunds.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, They are fraud and do not trust the risk free
Do NOT use this app, VERY Dishonest company, they Lie about giving refunds, and refuse to communicate about it.
Hard to sue over $40.00, And they Know that

Terrible customer support. My 14 year old son downloaded this program and paid for it with my CC. I immediately emailed to cancel without using it once. They said please see our "refund policy". Think my son stopped to read that first??? Nope. Terrible policy! Avoid.
I purchased this program and they did not send a welcome letter or any directions on how to download the software. Since I only had my child's phone for a few days I downloaded another software program. However this company refuses to send me a refund stating that they can help me download the software now. Very poor business dealings.
I have been using this company for about 6 months with absolutely NO issues. Places app on child's phone and was able to access remotely from my android DIDN'T need a PC. Now all the sudden there website has been down for 4 days under"technical" issues. No response with any emails I send or no answer when I call...was 5 stars now 1
Customer service is terrible. We have not had a good experience. Do not recommend.
Here is UNDENEIABLE proof that this company is fake. First I opened CMD, and pinged webwatcher.com
Anyone can do this. Just search CMD on your computer and type ping webwatcher.com
You'll see their IP and this will not hurt your computer at all.
The IP I got is 52.39.37.58
So I tracked the IP and the results are here https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/52.39.37.58
As you can see, their internet service provider is Amazon, Amazon is NOT an internet service provider.
Also, you can see that the company is located IN THE MIDDLE OF A RIVER. HAHAHAHA
Their 100% a scam. Do NOT waste your money.
THIS IS A SCAM!!! THIS IS AN OFFSHORE PRODUCT!!! I purchased this product and do to the general overviews I was not really sure how the product worked Their website is definitely misleading in their advertising. Beware because this product requires a PC to be actually on and online with the application available and running in the same location and on the same wireless network as the phone that is being monitored in order for it to get updates that then get published to a website for review. I contacted them for a refund as stated in the marketing but they would not budge even though their products is not as described. Don't waste your time with this product or the company.
They are burglars, they say in their adds risk free trial but it's not. No way they don't refund your payment even after your initial purchase.
I purchased this product and was not aware of how the product actually worked because there were no specifications to be found - just general overviews. The marketing and sale of this product is misleading in their advertising. Beware because this product requires a PC to be actually on and online with the application available and running in the same location and on the same wireless network as the phone that is being monitored in order for it to get updates that then get published to a website for review. After the initial setup using a free version of a iPhone to PC product called IAmazing which tethers to the device using a USB the original upload is done (not a WebWatcher product).... Read More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, Fair warning.
i've made several complaints, tried the app from less than 1 hour and they wouldn't issue a credit.
I was signing up to try their free trial period. You have to put in your credit/debit card information and select a plan before they will give you the free trial. Of course, in the lengthy terms and conditions they list, it says they will NOT return your money unless there is an issue with their side! I thought I would be paying the $10 fee but they automatically sign you up for their yearly fee if you are not careful. I tried to get a refund they are REFUSING to do so, because it is not an issue on their side. They also tell you if you stop payment they will turn you in to a COLLECTION AGENCY!!
WebWatcher product does not work on Mac, at least that was the painful experience for me. I didn't work out of the gate, started working only for 2 days after the technician installed/configured something remote connected to my Mac, then it stopped working again. The technician was patient, but couldn't resolve the problem after hours and hours of remotely connecting to my mac and installed a bunch of stuff. At some point it felt really scary because I had to repeatedly type the admin password to allow things to be installed/changed. The company itself and how they are treating unsuccessful installation are a total scam, I have never seen such a terrible business practice. I would not... Read More
We have been using WebWatcher a few months now to protect our teens, it's a really good accountability tool!
I like Webwatcher because I can view my son's activity right on my phone
Webwatcher really helps me keep my child off of inappropriate sites. Highly recommended!
